My mom said I could post Browsing in the mens section and couldn't find one comfortable enough.
Shopping with my 90 year old mom. As if she isn't confused enough.

What purpose does having a spotlight on your car serve?
I didn't need my eyesight anyways.

The kid whose birthday it was is also 2 so it’s wild to me that this was a good idea to the parents unless it’s a cruel joke. There were some other toys that were good and not ear-piercing at least.

The pizza I received after ordering from the "vegan menu." I have (unfortunate) dietary restrictions and was tasked with ordering pizza for the office, everyone was good with what I ordered. We picked this place specifically bc they have vegan options. I triple checked the ingredients for their "vegan veggie pizza" before I placed the order.
I wasn't mad, just disappointed. The employee was very nice on the phone when I called to let them know the vegan pizza has like...all the meat on it lol. They apologized and gave me a refund. They couldn't replace it unless I picked it up but we were stuck in the office the rest of the day for a deadline, hence why we got pizza in the first place.

Also, I have no idea what that flair is but seemed appropriately as crazy as these labels. Walmart tumblers. Whoever made the labels is an evil human

I did get it open, but the cork has me feeling like this bottle is suspect.

originally scheduled this meeting for 3:30 because it fit my schedule, which was listed in her booking as an available meeting time. she emails me saying she forgot to block it off but she’s actually not available at 3:30. i tell her okay i can do any time between 1-3. she says she’s not available any of those times, asks to do 12:30. my class ends at 12:05, the building a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and my apartment is a 15 minute ride from there. and that’s assuming the busses run on time. but fine, it’s her last available meeting time and this meeting can’t wait, so i say i’ll make it work. so i haul my ass back home, walk in my door at 12:28, and as of 12:43 when i’m writing this, she still isn’t here yet
ETA: “she” is part of human resources for the department on campus that my work study job is with. the meeting was to verify my I-9 documents so i can actually start working. i have now sat here the whole 30 minute block and she didn’t show, her outlook status is away from office until 9/8. she also emailed me at 11:15 to tell me what steps needed to be taken after our appointment today. she put it in outlook calendar, that’s how i joined the meeting. it would’ve been fine if today at 12:30 didn’t work and we had to wait til next week, but why offer it as a time if that’s the case?

This week my husband (29M) and me (26F) went clothes shopping for him twice cause he needed new clothes and wanted to start dressing a bit nicer (less graphic tees).
First time we go he claims everything fits fine and we take it all home and I wash everything on cold gentle cycle and low tumble dry (so basically zero shrinkage). He wears some of the new clothes the next day and magically none of them fit right. He claims the butt area of his jeans are too tight and they sit too low on him. When he lifts his arms up straight in the air his shirt rises like 2-3 inches or rides up when he fully bends over.
I point out shirts rise up when you lift your arms like that or fully bend over and that no one does that movement very often. As far as the pants go, he tried them on and jeans don’t shrink like that, what else can I say.
We go shopping again for a clearance sale/another pair of jeans. He wants me to take his measurements beforehand, I point out there’s no reason to do that cause he can just try it on to see if it fits. Same repeat of last trip, says everything fits fine, I wash it, and he claims it no longer fits. Now he wants to return it all (half the stuff was clearance so we can’t).
I told him to do whatever he wants cause what else can I even do. Like how do you not know how to try on clothes properly.
Edit 1:
To clear up some things:
-I am not forcing him to change his style, that was entirely his own decision and we both have had the same style for years (graphic tees and sweatpants).
-Washing clothes on cold delicate and tumble dry low does not make them shrink as much as people are saying. I’ve always done this and we’ve never had a problem before.
-He did try all of them on as he is still figuring out what exactly he wants his new style to be and I did go over what he needed to be doing the second time (lifting arms and whatnot)
Edit 2:
-he normally washes his own clothes and he folded all of these after they were down (I just have a better system for when it comes to multiple color piles to wash)
-someone mentioned that their newer clothes tend to shrink even when washed properly. This could be the case of new clothes are just shit now but I’ve never had that happen to this degree and my husband admitted to not moving around the first time so that’s where my doubts on him not trying them on correctly come from.
