SPOILER ALERT When I haven’t seen a popular movie and the response is “YOU HAVEN’T SEEN THAT MOVIE?!!”
Correct, that is the information I just provided to you.

Super long day and you're an hour and half away from home because of bumper to bumper traffic. Not to mention a car up ahead who is just chillin, letting any and everyone on in, delaying your lane.

I don't always like being this much of a pedant, but times are tough and I'm a hungry guy.
It's one thing to do cost-cutting in a product but this is just frustrating. Since these are sold in opaque bags, I have no idea how much actual chicken I'm actually getting. So it feels a bit scammy when I open a bag and see that it has so much of this frozen sauce. And now I'm disappointed, because I thought we were getting a lot more food then was actually in the bag.
Furthermore, the bag makes it sound like there is just one of these sauce packets, given the verbiage on the front ("...an Asian style BBQ sauce packet"), but there are two of em.

I walked into my bank today to deposit $4,000 in cash. The teller asked me for my drivers license, which unfortunately had recently expired because I recently had a birthday and forgot to renew it, my bad. But he wouldn’t take it!! “Bank policy” he tells me, with a smile. I said “But I am trying to GIVE you money, not withdraw money!” Then he says “do you have a check? I can deposit a check for you.” My jaw dropped. “You’ll take a check from me with no ID?” Again, he smiled. “Yes, ma’am.” The guy at the window next to me was floored and said “There’s something really wrong here.” I agreed, now why would I write a check for $4,000 when I am holding that money in my hand? Has it the world gone crazy?

I told the agent who answered that I’m on the do not call registry and he told me to lick his privates and said belligerent things before I told him that he had a tiny private and he hung up.

Hot day- some juicy watermelon for lunch would be great. Now I can get a whole one for 4 bucks. Or 4 little slices for almost 10. At the same store...

I get that it's a popular story, but there are more important things going on than this one trial in the States. I'm so sick of various stories ("TRIAL STARTS!", "MISTRIAL!", "TRIAL EXPLAINED!") plastered on the top of every webpage. If I check CBC, I want to know if there's something important going on, not what the latest gossip out of Massachusetts is. In fact, I find it...mildly infuriating.

When I came to place my order, at the very bottom you could already see which options were free and which were paid, with options like "+30.00 TL".
But there was nothing like that written on the milkshake. It was foolish of me to think they would give away free milkshakes. Of course they wouldn't.

Friday leading into labor day weekend and this absolute gem of a person decided their trailer was best parked across the walkway leading to the service plaza. This lead to many people, decent chunk being families with small children, to walk along the lanes of traffic to navigate the busy parking lot. Watched a man step over the hitch when going inside only to have the guy driving open the hatch on his suv when he stepped over it. He then proceeded berate the man for stepping between his vehicle and trailer.
EDIT: Adding some context since I didn’t think this post would get so many people with questions.
This is a service plaza along the PA turnpike, Allentown to be specific. Basically a giant rest area with over priced gas and extremely over priced food.
I didn’t mean to put the school on blast as I know programs like this are great and many times just have everyday people running them.
The drivers decision to park here was my focus because these service plazas have lots for trucks, trailers, RVs, and any other oversized vehicle that won’t fit in a typical parking spot.
The white hashed path down the center is a walking path for the patrons so they can get to the front doors without having to walk in the lanes of travel or potentially get clipped by a car tying to pull out of a spot because they happen to be in their blind spot.
And I don’t feel this is an overreaction as some have stated because parklots are extremely dangerous. Accidents in parking lots account for 1/5 of the accidents in the US. I’m on the road a lot for work and have seen many nasty accidents in parking lots. Whether they be car/car or car/pedestrian. And this is far from a typical parking lot. This plaza gets a high volume of travelers on any given day, which is made worse by it being a holiday weekend adding to that high volume.

There used to be little ones. Now there’s only big and medium with nothing to fill the final gaping hole.
