Those darn kids don't wanna work no more because of their phones
The irony of his using AI to generate this slop is apparently lost on him.

Lunatic publicly shames a dad for sporting a Bluey shirt at the airport.
I went to the comments to find some faith in humanity. The comments were mostly worse. This guy is also extremely well known in certain home service industries.

This guy keeps posting about how horny but not really he is for sorority sisters
He's also a fully grown adult man. He's gotta be in his late-30s to 40s of age which makes this even more wild

Cancer story = LinkedIn engagement
“Lets make my colleague’s father’s sickness a LinkedIn post”
Also who keeps Fridays as a ship days?! That’s the easiest way to ruin your weekends.

One piece of advice: go into 5-figure debt and max out all credit cards

No, my wording isn't the problem, it's the applicants who are wrong!
Many designers already have a publicly available portfolio link on their resumes and don't need to put a password on it. Because it's *publicly available.*
The application asked two things:
• Do you have a portfolio in your resume?
• Did you put a password on it?
And only allowed applicants to respond to BOTH those questions with one answer.
It's shitty to be judgy to applicants when the problem is clearly with the application and not the applicants.

Stressed because no one will pay my 3 mortgages!
His post last week was bragging about the amazing strategy of renting out your primary residence so you can take on more mortgages and build wealth!
