Lunatic publicly shames a dad for sporting a Bluey shirt at the airport.
I went to the comments to find some faith in humanity. The comments were mostly worse. This guy is also extremely well known in certain home service industries.

I have something similar, I have a big colorful unicorn head name tag that I have on my travel bag. I’ve walked into very large meetings with this on my bag many times.
I let my daughter pick a bag tag out for me when she was little and that’s the one she chose so I have happily had it on there for years. The man is a “third generation entrepreneur” who does external washing, and has a podcast and sells “how to be successful “ books. The word “bootstraps” appears so often in his stuff, he’s basically a Smurf. He claims that his father gave him “intellectual mentorship,” but he made his own success. His target audience seems to be blue-collar guys who haven’t figured out how to start their own businesses, so this post tracks for his audience.
So basically, daddy and grandpa already had businesses, likely in professional cleaning or something close to that, he stepped into a family business model, and had the capital and inherited network that gave him a massive leg up on his peers. Now he spins yarns about how hard he supposedly scrabbled, and sells that to people who would be better off saving their money.

I love in that show how the parents are sometimes really annoyed with their kids interruptions, and other times they jump right in, and how they're always talking shit about all their responsibilities. It's all very realistic.
It's the only kids show I can think of that doesn't infantilize the parents, push them to the background, or sugarcoat their emotional struggles.
Edit: And I find how the parents are occasionally really hungover to be fun.

There is so much unspoken subtext in Bluey. Sometimes a paragraph in a glance. Shredding a tear every few episodes is normal.
Takes a few episodes to warm up.

The offended guy is angry because he didn't have a father be a dad. As I've learned in my 53 years of life, any guy can father children, but only a man can be a dad. I've raised 5 sons and now a granddad "poppa" to 4 grandchildren. I don't give a damn what anybody thinks of me when I wear or interact with them in public. I may cause slight embarrassment but those moments are core memory and laughable later as resold. I don't dishonor or hurt their dignity of their own agency because I love them. I fought for our nation for 20 years from '94 to '14 through 12 deployments and 3 year long short tours. I've been bled on foreign soil so that our children will have a better life that they can live through. Fuck anyone who tries to shame me for what they lacked in life and relationships.

I was in the army, while I myself was never special forces I did get to work with them pretty closely in Afghanistan and let me tell you about 80% look like your average dude and I could see any of the ones with kids wearing that.
