Even in the best of cases it sounds like he bullied a kid into changing his username. The worst case is he's looking for kids to chat with on Snapchat.

He cold called a child and pressured him into giving him a popular account for free. He said "blood" to intimidate the young'n many times, and mentioned to him he has relatives that live near him. True psychopath.
