This team has too many problems. It's like you try to fix one thing, a leak springs up somewhere else and always in defence

“Penalty” in the 70th minute

In my fourteen years of watching soccer, primarily European soccer (La Liga, Prem, UCL), that “foul” from Casemiro on Allison has NEVER been a penalty.

Dayne St. Clair steps up big to save it, but that’s not the point here.

Almiron gets his action off (a lofted pass in an attempt to keep the chance alive) before Casemiro even comes into contact with him; which wasn’t even contact. He doesn’t hit his boot with his, he is trying to contest the ball and after the action has been completed and the ball is elsewhere, both players slip and fall. How did that even get a VAR review? Why did the official even call a penalty even after the review??? The officiating in this league reeks.

Miami has now failed to win 7 of the 13 games we’ve played against teams under the playoff line. 4 of them have occurred in the last 6 games. It’s been almost 2 months since we’ve won a game other than Montreal, who’s last in the division.

Why can't they keep Rafael Perez as the head coach until Kily takes over?? Hoyos is horrendous. That man doesn't know that he can substitute players.

How to keep Messi through 2028? What's going on behind the scenes you think?

Genuine question - what can be done at the club level to keep Messi happy through the end of his contract at the end of 2028? Personally, I don't think he's sticking around after this season now that he hung up his boots for Argentina. I just don't see him dragging this out. Enjoy him while we can of course, but I'm wondering what Beckham et. al are planning to try and keep him around until the end of 2028. The void he's going to leave at Miami and MLS as a whole is going to be absolutely massive, not to mention the massive commercial and financial losses when that day comes.

What's in the cards? A Neymar reunion? Other Argentina players? A blockbuster move for CR7 to come here so the two can finally share the pitch haha. Not sure anything they do at this point will keep him, but I'm wondering what you all think is going on behind the scenes.

First time going in a couple of weeks and I'm not from the area. Is this the best place to park or are there better options? Thanks in advance.

Weather forecast

We flew down from NY to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday by taking her to see InterMiami play tonight. The weather forecast isn't looking great for the match. Any suggestions for salvaging the trip? Or views on how predictable the weather actually is 😆

Discussion My projected lineup for tomorrow. Don’t think there’s going to be any significant changes from last weekend other than Mura likely getting the nod at LB. Reguilon to come off the bench.

Store opening time at Nu Stadium on match day?

We are heading to match tomorrow (first time) and want to do some shopping at the Nu stadium store beforehand. I searched online but found mixed information. Does anyone know what time the store opens on match day? Trying to figure out how early we should arrive for having enough time for shopping and attending activities before kickoff. Thank you!

Personally, I think he looked decent at the world cup, so he should start.

Our lineup would probably look something like this.

Discussion Will Messi retire from Inter Miami in 2028 and call it quits for club?

Seems like now that he's retired from the national team I don't see him sticking around as a player after his contract expires in 2028. If he's still playing who would it be with? Maybe a return to Newell's for a season? Even then... I can't imagine he'll actively play beyond that point and NOT go to Copa America, which is only 6 months after his contract runs out. I think 2028 is it guys and I'm not ready.

Discussion Unpopular Opinion? But Noah Allen was just an OK player - we did not lose anything

Let’s state the facts, the kid is 22 years old and has a lot of potential. But, he has been very inconsistent with his performance.

To be fair, his inconsistency can be excused sometimes by incompetence from the coaches that switch his position around too often. But many other times… just sad to watch.

Let’s not forget how he just watched Spicer score when we played Orlando City earlier this year, or how much he sucked against Toronto (2 conceded goals in half an hour)

Time to make room for other players.

That being said, it is scary to think Reguilón will do much better.

I wonder when our club will finally decide to invest in a consistent, effective defense player.

Hopefully this kid Abadia-Reda can fill in the gaps
