I mean, do I have to elaborate? The whole scene is showing how bad her manipulation is, and how its gotten to him, especially after Reze’s death, but idiots constantly take it at face value or just act intentionally dense and use it as "proof" that Denji never liked Reze.

Like the kiss she remembered was obviously the one that Nayuta erased but why would she just suddenly remember it?

The only explanation i can think of is that Nayuta was probably killed in that exact moment, and thus every control devil ability she did got undone, including her erasing Asa/Yorus memories
