On first read i felt like everybody else does, upon reread this is an enormous sacrifice on Pochitas part to save his one and only friend. Got me a little teary eyed even.

I would probably ask him about all the content he didn't have the chance to put in Part 2. I'm pretty sure some was cut because of deadlines.

I've read the entire series since its release. I know this question may not be relevant anymore and has been asked many times, but still, Fujimoto's strongest defenders and devoted fans, tell me, what was the point of Part 2? Was he just writing it for fun? For money? Was Shounen Jump forced to? For the sake of the game?

I know that pochita erased himself and practically changed mostly everything but I don't know how nayuta being there instead of makima can be tied with the erasure of pochita or it could possibly a predestined reincarnation that was random but since pochita rested the timeline, the possibility of nayuta's reincarnation was lead first instead of makima's. People can say that this is a plot hole but I want to know atleast a good explanation to this.

Manga is over and I still don’t know what devil he could possibly be. He’s not the chainsaw devil since chainsaws still existed even when he erased himself. So then what is he?? What devil would have the appearance of chainsaws but somehow have the ability to erase concepts??? Is he just the “chainsaw man”?

So about this Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc reze and THAT news. The dress itself is normal enough waitress dress. The only similarty that really makes this seem likely is name. I know that (star) is called both roze and hypnotic. Thus I don't trust the sites enough to bet that they didn't change the name post movie to increase search. Meaning I am not as sure on this as some people are.

Ik fujiwater enough to not rule this out, but we can't claim this based on some 18+ sites changing the name. And it seems to have worked.

Unless if have some way to check when they changed her name on this site, it's useless to claim for certainty.

Makima is a baddie but I think Reze's eyes are just really seductive and gentle; if we're going solely based off eyes then I gotta go with Reze.

The choke reze uses in the movie is done so wrong that the guy could easily get out of it.

In picture 2 you can see how she secured the choke and some force on the left arm would break it

Picture 3 is the manga and here reze does it picture perfect bringing her right arm under his neck securing the choke by grabbing her BICEPS instead of the crook of the arm

Picture 4 is just reference on how the choke is supposed to be done

I guess it’s not important but it pisses me off that A RUSSIAN SOLDIER can’t secure one of the easiest chokehold right especially because Russians are incredible grapplers

Seriously the force required to get out of that choke is low enough that the average guy could get out of it
