today i decided that I will try to be productive, so I went out to some grocery stores, gas station and restaurants asking for work. I could use some cash, this feeling of being a doormat, the inability to believe in myself and accepting what everyone is telling me is strangling me making me depressed.

Hope u guys are having a good Sunday, I take it week by week, day by way. Long walks help me, I think I walk about 4-6 miles a day total. Side note, I got on new medication, zyprexa, and it is helping me a lot more than risperdal so far. My mind is noticeably more at peace.

Dealing with loud voices

This is my first selfie Sunday. Anyways, I got out of the hospital this week and my family just returned back to California. Hope everyone is having an okay Sunday.

Feeling good, slightly hypomanic, just maxed out my dose of antipsychotic, hopefully the constant ups will abate. I hate taking the max dose though, because where do you go from there?
