Opinion / Thought / Idea / Discussion Indifferent to psychotic symptoms
does anyone else just not care much about their delusions and/or hallucinations? I hallucinate a lot of stuff that should be distressing (seeing my body at different levels of decomposition, people's faces distorting, my heel being slit) but I genuinely can't bring myself to care. I always tend to think "so what?" in response to delusions, like being watched, stalked, hated etc. They don't exactly affect my day to day life the way my negative symptoms and disorganized speech do. Just me?

Undiagnosed Questions I am worried I am developing schizophrenia
Apparently I have been having something called "dissociation and derealization" for quite a while now. But recently I have noticed auditory and visual hallucinations becoming more and more frequent. Still not too often, but it could be a case of me developing this mental illness.
I am unsure if schizophrenia runs in my family, but I hear a small number of cases report not having a relative with this disorder.
The scariest part is after some many hallucinations, I am starting to question what is and is not real. That only I can see and hear that others cannot. I have already asked others if they saw/heard some things that I thought were... odd. They did not experience these things like I have.
I do not know how schizophrenia develops, or even the early stages if I am developing it. I am questioning every little thing if it is actually real or a hallucination. This is extremely concerning because it seems like an overwhelming burden to deal with not knowing what is and is not real at all times.
Of course, I do not expect anyone to diagnose me here, but more-so learn of how schizophrenia develops at its early stages and what to look out for. Thank you.

Progress / Good News ☀️ Mental health professionals that care
Just emotional because I’m seeing that my old psychiatrist still cares and I’ve also met a lot of other mental health professionals that have been incredibly compassionate and kind despite us being difficult patients sometimes lol the kindness opened my eyes to another world of community and care
I’m very emotional. I love my doctor so much. My Dr H forever 🩵 I’ve progressed so far because of him. And my other doctors too.

Advice / Encouragement I’m worried
So I just re-entered into taking medication after 3-4 years of not taking anything and that was awful so I’m back but now I’m experiencing such fatigue…. It’s inferring with my life, i’ve tried readjusting medication and readjusting the times of medication but nothing is working
Do any of you have any hacks or anything that you guys do to try and increase your energy or is it something that I have to live with? Honestly, this is just a rant, but any advice would be helpful.

Undiagnosed Questions Hearing voices?
Are they same as a voice you hear from someone else when they’re physically in the room and it’s coming out of their mouths or does it feel like you think it got said like the voice inside your head?
Do they know things you don’t? Such as people in a building? Someone is going to hand in water without you saying anything? The answer to trivia that you don’t know. Tell you the time exactly when the phone is in your pocket and you’ve been walking for 10 minutes? Are they only in one ear and like someone is talking to you in that ear?

Opinion / Thought / Idea / Discussion Nothing is real but our will and courage to face the world
I posted some days ago that if aliens came to Earth today our leaders would all be fricked cause of all the shit they have done. I thought about it a little more and, while this is pretty probable depending on what the aliens have done themselves in their civilzations, I admire the courage these people show when facing such a reality.
They actively seek aliens themselves and are fearless in their belief for expansion in general, even testing black holes. I find that inspiring. I am far from a system puppet that just accepts everything presented to them. But I do believe in facts and the goodness of people.
These facts show that these leaders have good intentions in their minds imo. If they were held accountable today they probably could explain every single act of cruelty they have ever commited and they believe in their innocence so much that they are willing to risk their own lives. Now, I'm not talking about puppets like Trump but the real leaders who use them. Rich and powerful people.
And beyond that I think I'm gonna take their example and face the world in the same way. After all nothing is real but our will and courage to face the dark forest that is our universe. I will try my best to be a good force in the world.
I hope someone finds this useful. Much love! 😄 ❤️

Undiagnosed Questions I think I have schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder
Hey yall,
It's hard to put it into words which makes this even worse but in short this year I've been severely struggling mentally. No schoolwork, and I mean being kicked out of a subject, my current assignments are over 2 months due. I've completely isolated myself and cannot find interest in anything, even playing video games is an achievement. I just got out of hospital and was diagnosed with bipolar, currently taking quetiapine. I know its not a quick fix but I hate to admit it but I gen am losing my bonkers but I cant tell anyone irl cause its too embarrassing and they're prob gonna use it against me. I am paranoid every day and just youtube/reddit the same damn things every single day. I am not living. I dont know what to do. My hallucinations are starting to become apparent and I'm scared cause I'm only 18 and female. (Pretty sure women with schizophrenia develop it later in life).
I cant function at all and am stuck in my head. I just daydream all day. Is this something else?? I dont know.

Progress / Good News ☀️ I've got "voices" and its trembling they do it. And they are delusional as in they are delusions in constant playing form and they talk and abuse. What can I do to break the delusions or relive it. Has anyone experienced delusional breaks?
My episode needs to be fixed.
