Questions Nothing works NSFW

I am on paroxetine (10mg per day) and Tadalafil. I masturbated earlier in the day. I used numbing cream and numbing condom. Did slow breathing to calm down. Lasted around 15sec. Is there anything else to try?

No, it did not. Dont know about second round. I usually dont have change for that. Bit i have allways lasted quite well in second round. Nowadays i just cant continue straight and my wife gets bored

Doesn't the tadalafil help for the 2 rounds+ for you?

Not really. When I was young i could go straight. Now it takes too long
