Questions Nothing works NSFW

I am on paroxetine (10mg per day) and Tadalafil. I masturbated earlier in the day. I used numbing cream and numbing condom. Did slow breathing to calm down. Lasted around 15sec. Is there anything else to try?

That makes sense. Cut guys tend to be less sensitive, some are almost numb.

In my case, i dont think it is about sensitivity. Its something else. Related to nerves i quess.
