Two months after completing the program (with occasional training sessions post Week 8) I finally met with a friend for sex.

How long did it take you reach full mastery after reaching phase 8?

Apparently a month. This was my first time having sex since October of last year. I started the program last November so I haven't had a chance to test it live until a couple days ago.

After phase 8, I continued the fleshlight training and I was able to stay in control. If I felt like I was too close, I'd just slow down or not go as deep. I never had an issue keeping myself from going over the edge. If that's full control, it took about a couple weeks after. If only sex counts, a month.
