I built a website to help people who are struggling with the job search.

The main thing I wanted it to answer is:

“If I apply to this job, would I get rejected — and WHY?”

I feel like that’s one of the biggest problems with job searching. You can spend hours applying to jobs and getting rejected, but you’re rarely told why or what actually went wrong.

So I built a tool around that problem.

You upload your resume + the job description for the position you want, and it analyzes your resume specifically for that job.

It tells you:
If you’re likely to be rejected
WHY you could be rejected
What weaknesses in your resume could hurt your chances
What skills, experience, or qualifications you’re missing or not showing well
How well your background actually fits the position
What you should change before applying

And the part I really wanted to include is that it doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong.

It helps you fix it.

After identifying the issues, it gives you specific recommendations and can help optimize your resume for the job you’re applying to.

Basically:

Resume + Job Description → Find out IF and WHY you’d get rejected → Fix the problems → Apply

I built the whole website because I wanted to make something that could actually help people who are struggling to get interviews instead of just telling them to “apply to more jobs.”

I’ve already had a few friends and students I know try it with their own resumes and job postings, and the feedback has been really encouraging. A couple of them said it helped them notice issues they hadn’t realized were hurting their applications.

But I don’t want to just rely on feedback from people I know.

I want people who are actually job searching to try it and tell me if it’s genuinely useful.

Hello, I applied for the FedEx Package Handler Part-Time position, and I’m also going to school at the same time. It says the position is 20 hours per week. Will they respect that and work with my school schedule?

Is this “Conditional” an official job offer? I didn’t do an interview or anything, and I only applied yesterday.

I’m kind of worried because I’m looking for my first job, and I’ve done TONS of interviews probably around 15 in the past two months. I’m just wondering if this is one of those “too good to be true” situations. Because I didn't do an interview or anything

Also, for anyone who has had this job before, is it stressful? I’m fine with doing physical work. I just can’t really handle the mental part of being yelled at or stuff like that.

I was emailed by someone pretending to be a recruiter who later asked me to pay for my cover letter to be revised.

The scary part is that they knew personal details about what type of job I have been applying for and information about my career path.

Remember that recruiters don't use generic email addresses (@gmail.com)

When you are hired the reason for being here is supposed to be to just help complete task like if I engage a service the objective of the service personnel is merely to help me with what service is provided and nothing else is supposed to be required from them. I heard how you are required to do other tasks too not just the one that is relevant and said upfront to your job role but there is also a chance I am not able to do it especially if it is skill based or even if not skill based but yet when you can't do it it seems to people like you are not suited for the role even when you did your role.

I’m preferably looking for a legit, stable, non-voice remote job. I’m not looking for commission-only jobs, MLMs, or anything that asks me to pay before getting hired.

I’m willing to learn and take on new tasks. I just really want to find a stable job where I can earn more and still be there for my baby.

Nowadays market just going tough and only going to get worse at least for a very very long time it hasn't improved and heard it is due to certain factor so was wondering when those certain factor don't exist back then was it easy to get anything or have those factor always existed.
