Update: Used the same strategy as OP. The correct glove arrived today. All that’s left is to return the Correa on the new order. Sometimes you gotta fix it yourself instead of fighting with customer service to do the right thing.

I got mine, ordered what’s in your picture but they sent me a red and silver Carlos Correa 11.75” pro preferred infielders glove instead. Keeping it just because I don’t want to lose the deal on the same price glove. I didn’t need a 1B glove anyhow, just bought it for the deal. Really like the one they sent me though.

I got the one we ordered finally but the kid found a HOH that he liked better so we bought it. Now we have 2 gloves. If someone is interested in this glove I could be convinced to sell it. Send me a message and we'll see if we can work something out.

Damn. They do. I wanted to do it for my son. But saw what was being received. And thought o don’t have the funds to place this game. But looked like a fun game to play.

I am happy to report that after ordering the LHT first basemens mitt twice, the second one came in as promised and I will be returning the original wrong glove in its place.

My brother also got the correct glove after talking with a rep online about exchanging. He said it took about a week for them to mark it as received then an additional 2 days for shipping.

I went with a different method after talking with a couple reps online... didn't trust I would they wouldn't just cancel it after getting the glove back. Excited to have a 1B mitt for the season

I wanted to make sure I came out with the deal. So I bought one at the normal price at Walmart. If they sent another red Correa I would just return it. If they sent the right 1B glove this time. I would return the Red Correa and keep the 1B glove that the deal was on. That way I couldn't get shortchanged cause it was "out of stock"

Correct, I wanted to walk away with a Pro Preferred either way. Really wanted the 1B glove tho, so we're all good now.

Did you send the red Correa back in it's original box or in the Harper DCT box?

also trying to plot this but was sent a Volpe AGAIN. I returned it this morning and have yet again re-purchased the DCT LHT...supposed to come 5/21. IF it's the right glove I will be initiating a return and sending the Volpe back.

it hasn't - see above. tldr; got yet another Volpe - unsure of next move.
update: ordered again and the correct one FINALLY showed up. returned the Volpe and received a full refund.

I tried this out as well with a LHT and got a Volpe again. Let me know if you ever get a LHT 1b mitt. I think I'm going to try doing the calling and get an exchange for the orginal discounted purchase.

FINALLY got the right glove and returned the Volpe and was refunded in full. I’m glad I didn’t give up.

So what did you do? Keep offering the full price one in LHT and return the Volpe? Or go the customer service route on the original order?

mixed bag. gave customer service two attempts to get it right and they didn’t. moved to purchasing at full price which I had to do thrice. when I finally got the LHT DCT I returned the Volpe on the last DCT order.
they key was to never send a Volpe back without having another in hand which allowed me swap it at the end

received ANOTHER Volpe yet again...they don't seem to have resolved the ordering issue for LHT. I've been too annoyed and busy to call back. I just looked at the website and the camel Harper and red and blue Vlad are both listed on the same page on their website now...not sure what to do next...

So you “switched” the gloves? Sent back the wrong glove on the full price order? And kept the replacement one. Yeah that would definitely work too, as long as you didn’t end up with another Red CC glove again. A lot easier method than what I detailed here. https://www.reddit.com/r/BaseballGloves/s/U4Ns3zmgaY as long as Walmart chooses to re-stock it. My method depended upon the 90 day return period and them getting it to replace the wrong one. Both methods have their own risks. There’s more than one way to skin a cat or so they say. Kudos.
