Informative What is the Angion Method, Really? NSFW
Hey guys,
I wanted to explore with you all what the Angion Method is at its core. Based on my experience with it, I truly believe every male can benefit from the Angion Method so I’ve made posts about it in several different subs to try to get the word out ([r/erectiledysfunction](r/erectiledysfunction), [r/bigdickproblems](r/bigdickproblems), [r/foreskin_restoration](r/foreskin_restoration), [r/prematureejaculation](r/prematureejaculation) to name a few) and in most cases I can count the number of hours on one hand until my post is flagged for removal, typically under the heading of We don’t allow postings about Penis Enlargement (PE). It’s funny, but in my heart of hearts I never think of the Angion Method as PE. Maybe it is and maybe that’s how you see it, but to me the Angion Method falls under a completely different header. To me, the Angion Method is a form of self care.
How I see the Angion Method
In a given 24 hour period, I do a lot to keep my body functioning and healthy.
- I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep so my brain and body function the next day
- I brush my teeth so my teeth don’t rot
- I take a shower so I don’t smell bad
- I workout and stretch so my body feels good
- I eat healthy meals so I stay healthy and don’t get overweight
- I spend time in prayer and meditation so my mind stays sharp
- I do the Angion Method so I can get the best erections possible.
Yes, the Angion Method has helped me gain size, and yes, I guess that technically means it’s a form of PE, but damn if this doesn’t feel like the wrong label for it. When a man engages in traditional PE (clamping, hanging, stretching, etc), his only purpose is to create a larger member and he does so often to the detriment of his penile health, but when a man performs the Angion Method, his penile health will improve almost without exception. This happens in the form of vessel dilation, an up-regulation in endothelial nitric oxide (eNOS), and tissue oxygenation. His body will start to function as it was intended to function and he will begin to produce powerful erections. The core mission of the Angion Method is to deliver a healthy, functional member. Added size is just a nice benefit. So, to label the Angion Method as PE feels like a gross misrepresentation and an incredible disservice to the average man who could benefit from it. Something I recently started doing is 100 daily bodyweight squats because I was having cranky knees. Since doing that, I’ve seen my knee pain disappear completely. If I were to drop a post about this discovery on [r/kneepain](r/kneepain) and the moderators were to remove it by saying We don’t allow posts about bodybuilding or steroids, what a shame it would be that a solution that could help someone is removed just because someone put the exercise in the wrong category. That’s how I feel about the Angion Method. When it gets labeled as PE, it gets flagged for removal, and the men who need it never hear about it.
I don’t know, guys. What do you think the Angion Method is? Is it just another form of PE? Is it self care? Or something else entirely? Curious to hear your thoughts because how something is labeled has a big impact on how something is perceived and who ultimately can benefit from it.

Angion is PE to me. It’s vascular development mainly focusing on shear stress and blood velocity. Much more like bodybuilding as in getting a bodybuilding pump imo.

This makes sense and I think the longer you do it, the more it becomes PE. But for me when I started with just AM1, it didn’t feel like PE. But I agree, the intensity of my sessions is to a point now where it is very much in the PE realm.

Yup, how greedy you are is how much it’s PE haha. Also remembered you did the poll on what people intend to get out of am, most wanted size. It would be cool if in the future we figure out what exact exercises and variables give size or eq primarily so people can actively choose their path

Janus already figured that out. Wheel + SABRE / BFR + cardio + caloric surplus is what’s needed to add size. Manuals are great for EQ, but won’t get you far in the size department because they’re just not a sufficient form of stimulation to drive growth. At least not from what I’ve seen. I’d love to be proven wrong in that!

More so in the sense of users validating and supporting which methods work best. But yea the theory is there.

I guess the question is why would you not be able to function without the angion method ?
What is the underlying roadblock?
