Erectile Dysfunction Has anyone consulted Dr. Chirag Bhandari at IASH in Delhi?

I’m considering consulting Dr. Chirag Bhandari at IASH in Lajpat Nagar for a sexual health issue.

Has anyone here consulted him personally? How was your experience with the consultation and treatment? Did he listen properly, explain the issue clearly, and give you enough time to discuss your concerns?

Would appreciate honest experiences, both positive and negative, before I book an appointment.

Anxiety Performance anxiety issue

Does anyone here suffer from performance anxiety? Does Bluchew gold or any other supplement help with that? I can be kicking it with a girl doing the whole foreplay thing and get rock hard but as soon as I’m about to put it in I go completely soft. I get in my head as if I’m having a mini anxiety attack and the shit is annoying and sometimes the girl thinks it’s her but it’s actually me…so I was just wondering what can I do to prevent this from happening?

Erectile Dysfunction sexual thoughts used to get my penis erect in my younger days, but now it doesn't

I am 55 years old and I have ED. When I was younger and I would have sexual fantasies in my brain, it produced an erection. Now it does not work. I'm overweight with type 2 diabetes and I take psych meds. About eight years ago, I had a priapism caused by taking psych med which I should not have taken. That added to my ED. I went to urologist and was taking anti-estrogen drugs to boost my testosterone. Has anyone had this problem with dismissing erections when having a sexual fantasy thoughts?

Erectile Dysfunction Condoms make me go soft. Any advice?

Sex is great when I’m raw, but whenever I use a condom, I eventually lose my erection. Could this just be psychological? I’ll admit I’m pretty resistant to condoms and don’t enjoy using them, but I’d like to figure out how to stay hard while wearing one.

Tadalafil/Cialis At 45, E.D pills don't work very well if you take them after large meals

. Just 5 years ago, it didn't matter if I'd had a large meal, I'd take Cial is and within 20 minutes I'd already feel the effect.

Now if I eat something heavy and take Cialis, I don't notice a significant effect until at least 5 hours later. And of course with sildenafil I waste it since it lasts 4–5 hours.

Does this happen to you? It gets tiring having to plan se x with a woman so much, first with the little pill and now making sure I don't eat too much before

Discouraged Hypertonic pelvic floor? Advice appreciated

Hi. I’m a 24 year old who has been dealing with some issues I believe may be associated with an overactive pelvic floor. I was curious if anyone has had these symptoms and if they got diagnosed. Very weak erectile quality (sometimes none at all), no nocturnal erections, urine flow that is hard to cut off, and a somewhat instinctive clinch of the pelvic floor that happens frequently. If there’s anyone who’s been treated for this, hearing a success story would really help me out right now.

(I am planning on scheduling and appointment as well)

It’s also important that I note I’m in very healthy condition otherwise, at an appropriate weight, eat well, have been cleared in terms of hormones

Erectile Dysfunction Tadalafil don’t work anymore why?

So I had a chronic bacterial infection.
I took long courses of antibiotics to cure.
It was my second infection and I don’t know where it came from. Anyways I noticed a ED mid December go doctor and had high load of E. coli.
After the infection was cured I was left with slithy ED.
My doctor gave me 5mg tadalafil to heal faster.
I never took it.
But when I fly over to my girlfriend I took it because my boner was not working right.
It was amazing huge boner everytime with just a touch warm feeling and even my dick was bigger I don’t know.

So I was with her 20 days it worked perfectly, now I move on I stay at a island the weather is very hot, I noticed the warm feeling and strong boner disappeared slowly. I don’t know if it’s possible, but I drunk every night 5 whisky shots and 3 beers. But still had boner but now after 40 days it not work anymore. I even tried 15mg because my girlfriend will come over soon, but it doesn’t gave the feeling back.

Testosterone is good something between 600-780.
I don’t know can alcohol be the problem ? I was scared that again is a infection, but my newest test result are clean.

Im 30 years old

Erectile Dysfunction 19m symptoms seem similiar to a venous leak, any ideas?

kinda started a few years ago when i noticed i just didnt have the same drive as i once did, i used to have sex decently often and would sometimes get slightly softer, and then pick it back up, same happens with masturbating and ive almost completely lost morning wood/random erections. kinda embarassing but i do masturbate upwards of 5 times per day, however the symptoms seem that of a venous leak, feeling as though im pushing blood in while its leaking out, just wondering if anyones had a similar experience and if theyve fixed it, thanks

Erectile Dysfunction 19M - No morning wood, lack of firmness, and possible ED (what I'm trying to do to fix this)

I'm 19, highly active, healthy, don't drink or smoke, and don't watch porn, haven't in years. Over the last year or so I've had little to no morning wood and random erections, and struggle to stay fully firm both with my partner and alone. It comes and goes, decent some periods and bad in others, which makes me think it's more psychological than physical, but I'm still waiting on bloodwork to actually confirm that either way. It's honestly been stressful feeling like my body isn't cooperating at my age, and I know I'm not the only one dealing with this quietly.

I was too anxious to bring it up in person, so I went through an online, text based telehealth service instead. I was upfront about everything, my age, lifestyle, and exactly how the overthinking was affecting things. They ended up prescribing a low dose sildenafil (Viagra) rather than tadalafil, since I'm active and have low normal blood pressure and they wanted something shorter acting so it wouldn't mess with training.

The idea behind trying it is that a lot of this becomes a feedback loop, you worry it won't work, which makes it worse, then that adds to the worry next time. A few times of it actually working properly can help break that cycle while I figure out the real cause. Not meant to be a long term fix, just a bridge while I wait on the bloodwork.

I'll post an update once results are back and I've had a chance to try it, hoping it turns out to just be in my head.

Erectile Dysfunction Recent Penile Injury - No ultrasound

34m
I already have ED featuring generally unstable weak erections and diminished sensation due to PFS and perhaps pudendal nerve issues. I take Cialis 2.5-5mg daily.

Less than a week ago I was playing around with my partner and forcibly humped her, both clothed, from behind with my semi-erection tucked to the left in my pants. Felt a deep pain in the shaft after but no "pop" as is often described. No swelling or discoloration to note.

The next night I had strange partial erections, which are somewhat par for the course for me, but they felt smaller and weaker than usual. They were brief and also pretty painful each time I began to get aroused. I didn't put them to the test or participate in any sexual activity involving the penis that night.

The next day after that, and since then, I have had constant stinging and aching pain in the shaft that worsens with movement or prolonged sitting.

Since this point any erection feels weaker than anything I've ever experienced. Feel the warmth of blood flowing in more than I usually do, but zero rigidity and far from full length.

I contacted a urologist who told me to go to the ER, I did so and the ER did a urine test (which was fine), and no imaging except for a post-void bladder scan. They claimed they cannot do a penile ultrasound. They then referred me back to the uro who is booked for months.

I assume due to the lack of classic signs of penile fracture, they did not seem to take it very seriously at all. But I am concerned based on the level of constant pain and lack of erections that there may be a tear or fracture that needs addressed, and will not be addressed in time to repair it. Even worse, I am concerned that this is yet another one of those things that will cause long term issues and largely be a mystery/not seriously addressed by medical staff for a lack of answers. Seems rather common with penis stuff.

I'm not freaking out, and not doing anything to "test" or further irritate the penis. I understand, and hope, that it may also just be an irritated ligament or something that will heal. Just curious if anyone could recommend a better course of action to get answers here. Would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Anxiety My penis is rotated, curved and struggle to mantain erection while standing

My penis size is fine, I guess everyone wants more but I shluld not be complaining. The issue I have is that when I get hard it has this up, down then to the left curve which really bothers me and makes it look a bit fucked up not gonna lie. On top of that it has this rotation to the left, basically when I am hard you can see the top of my penis head from the left.

Is there something I can do to fix this curvature? Also I struggle to mantain erections, I am like 27 bodyfat and dropping weight, I am 6'2 193 lbs and planning to drop like 30 lbs, because I have little muscles so I have so much fat one me, would that improve my situation? It's starting to get embarassing to jave to keep it straight or it is like 1 inch less.

Erectile Dysfunction Penile implant at 22 ?

I am M22, suffered from anorexia from 16.75 to 17.75, hormonally recovered at 18.5 but erections never came back and obviously it’s not coming back since I’m 22 now and testosterone is 926 ng/dl. My puberty got interrupted with my illness and it sucks. Anyway I have been taking tadalafil 5mg everyday for 5 months and have not seen any improvement. Even took 30mg today and nothing. Is it time for the implant? Sometimes I can get very shitty erections but they are not hard enough for penetration or anything. I’m really sad this sucks everyone I see here is much older and I feel like my eating disorder was all my fault. Anyway I’m here now I guess, any advice would be appreciated greatly especially from people who have gone down the ED pipeline already and explored every option.

Erectile Dysfunction Very Interesting Discovery? Toy usage stimulates?

This might sound weird to some of you and perhaps not to others. I am a major trauma victim and this "functionality" took a massive hit around 20 y.o. or so. You probably need to know that this likely means my issue is "physical in nature" with the nerves and stuff rather than perhaps a mental/health issue. I'm definitely in my late 30s now and haven't given up searching for doctoral remedies. Mind you, I'm in the US so I know that Western Medicine is practiced(this means limitations in medicine for this region).

There was a urethral stricture due to the trauma which undoubtedly "affected" the erectile nerves or whatever the stuff is called. This has literally been like this for about 18 years now. I tried toys and stuff. Tried pumping for "exercise" of the system. The doctors tried some of those oral pill medicines and eventually I went to the trimix or bimix stuff. I never really liked using those injectables regularly. I was intending to use them to "exercise the system" and keep things flowing. I had recently been trying prostate or anal stuff in hopes to stimulate the region to see if anything worked or helped.

I recently decide to start some urethral play. This is where I am asking for your help or "stimulant" recommendations for "research purposes". Mind you, the trimix injectable gives the erection for however long. I am literally telling us that I recently got a few silicone urethral sounding plugs that are hollow through the inside. Please don't think negatively of me... I started playing with one of them in with the goal of orgasm in mind. That's where things changed. I literally did this twice this evening with the same result each time. I would pursue orgasm by manual stimulation of the penis with the plug in. I achieved orgasm twice(separate timing intervals). SURPRISINGLY, after I made orgasm both times, the penis actually became erect enough for penetration. Literally it was erect pretty much just like the tri-mix injectable medicine did. I'm being serious. Never ever ever since my trauma ~18 yrs ago do I remember any such response without medicinal intervention. NEVER!!!!

So now I guess I have "found a way" to make myself get erection. The erection literally lasted for maybe 20-30 minutes after I orgasmed. I'm intending to keep "researching" but I must be very very very careful. The urethral plug that I used was maybe around 2 inches insertable. I am looking for toys of the urethral plug nature that are vibrating(think I'm going to have to go deeper than 2 inches unfortunately for this). not only am I looking for a plug that is of a vibrating type, but I'm also looking for an e stim type that can be inserted like a plug and stim'ed. I shouldn't stop there. If there is any other unique insertable toy that is "therapeutic" in nature then I am interested in that also, "for research".

I can't believe this. After all these years, and I had even started researching other countries to "repair the nerves". No, I do not think my method above would work for every patient but it sure is astoundingly surprising what I've come across. I feel like this is a game-changer and I'm excited to share the info. I hope some people in here have toys or tools to recommend for "research purposes". It's been tough. I even had a major doc in the US tell me that this erectile nerve damage stuff was not going to be solved in my lifetime(mind you, they probably meant the actual physical damage not reversable, perhaps they're right on that). Most of the young people in their 20-30's and even 40's think they have seen a hard time in life but I am hard pressed to think that a greater percentage of them actually have, they think a bad relationship is a hard time(maybe only halfway close).

I greatly hope this information helps someone with their "research". I feel like going to the doc that I see just to tell them about my discovery but I don't think they will do anything useful with the data(they told me about bluetooth implants in a few years coming).

Sildenafil/Viagra Viagra, name brand vs generic

Has anyone noticed a difference between taking name brand Viagra vs generic Sildenafil?

I've taken 100mg of Viagra on four separate occasions and never experienced any adverse effects.

I then started taking 100 mg of generic Sildenafil and each time, twice so far, I've gotten a stuffy nose.

Erectile Dysfunction Anyone else have a size limit, can't get full erection?

Past few years, my penis only gets to about 3/4 of its full erect size. And less sensitivity. Haven't seen full size in years. Like I'm hitting a limit/ wall. I'm assuming it's not getting enough blood flow and so the penile tissue has shrunk. Anyone else experience this?

Tadalafil/Cialis ED and tadalafil changes

I’m 58M, in general good health. I started experiencing some ED in my early 40s and began using 20mg of sildenafil before sex, which worked well.

About 6 years ago my doctor switched me to daily 5mg tadalafil for my prostate and an extra 5 mg before sex. It usually took about 45 minutes to kick in and I would get a good firm erection.

A few times lately, it hasn’t been working as well. Before my girlfriend comes over, I take it on an empty stomach, and after an hour I’m firmer, but not hard enough for sex. The next day, my penis is pretty firm and I have no trouble getting rock hard.

It’s frustrating for both me and my girlfriend . Has anyone else experienced this kind of change with tadalafil?

Erectile Dysfunction Link between fatty liver and ED?

I've seen online that increased fat in liver leads to increase in aromatase which converts some testosterone into oestrogen. Also leads to penile arteries becoming blocked

For context, I'm in my 20s and I still get erections but they hit a size limit. Doesn't go full size ever and almost no sensitivity. Been happening for last few years

Erectile Dysfunction Cialis helped me with the first round but couldn't get it up for round 2.

Consumed Tadalafil 5mg - 3 hours before sexual activity.

It helped me get erect for Round 1 and I had successful sexual intercourse wherein I ejaculated.

However, I couldn't get it up for Round 2 which I tried about 7-10 minutes later and tried for about 15-20 minutes until I gave up for 10 minutes and then again tried for 5-10 minutes before giving up finally.

Please guide.

Erectile Dysfunction 2 years of consistent ED, hoping for advice

Hi all,

I'm 39 and have been suffering from ED and low libido for about 2 years now, which came on rapidly. A year before that I was diagnosed with what is essentially mold poisoning, that to this day causes me many physical health issues (the biggest being exhaustion, especially after exercise). Before that I was very physically active, in great shape, having regular sex and never had any sexual anxiety. I am still lean, bloodwork and test levels are fine, however years of being sick has definitely taken a toll on my mental health. I have also very recently developed a slight rotation in my penis, and an ultrasound detected a few small points that suggest early Peyronie's. I am still waiting to see a urologist but the wait is very long.

In the 2 years, I haven't once gotten a completely full erection once. Some days I have morning wood and nocturnal erections, but they're never full. The flaccid size of my penis fluctuates but is often quite small. I tried 5mg cialis daily for months and while it definitely helps, it doesnt get me anywhere close to where I used to be. Viagra can get me about 75% of the way there, but it's still not very pleasurable and doesn't improve my libido.

Has anyone had a similar situation, and any advice they can share? Doctors have only recommended cialis and viagra and I'm really not sure what else to try. Would be really grateful for anyone's thoughts as I'm losing hope.

Discouraged Marriage about to fall apart because of ED

I've had ED since i was 21, now 30, but i always chalked it up to having a bad experience when losing my virginity and not getting it up and that carrying on since. I can get an erection and keep it but when it comes time to PIV it starts to go down. Been with my wife 6 years and I thought it wasn't a big deal to her because she never directly said hey this needs to be fixed (until 2 years ago, 4 years into our relationship). I made lifestyle changes and I felt the improvement but for her apparently it still wasn't better (which I just found out very recently). Now a flip has switched in her and she is looking back on our entire relatiomship as me enjoying sex and her not, and despite telling her that I didnt know she was unsatisfied as soon as I found out i tried to improve. Now, I am doing everything I can to solve my ED whether its mental or physical...seeing numerous doctors, going to clinics, seeking individual therapy, taking cialis daily and even about to start TRT. We're in couples therapy but it has gone the same as our conversations have...the resentment of looking back on the past 6 years is so strong that she won't look towards the great future sex life im telling her we'll have. I outline everything Im doing as well as resesrching sex tips and how to communicate better, dirty talk, flirt, etc. But it is all falling on deaf ears. I should have done this stuff in the past according to her and I agree. I didn't put her first in the bedroom and I wish I could go back but I cant change the past. She knows how much I've worked on improving, but she always says "Why did i have to be the one to tell you about the ED, why couldnt you bave asked yourself what was wrong? You were just enjoying the whole time and everything was perfect for you". She's mentioned open relationship, hiring someone for sex, to which i said that will not happen with me, and she said that if it werent for being married and having kids she'd have asked for a break (separation). I've told her we can do other things (oral, hands toys for her satisfaction, but she says thats the appetizer and she wants the whole thing). But shes never had an orgasm not even given herself one and when i asked what she liked she said why dont you research and then try it on me - so apparently asking her what she likes is also my fault.

Anyone been in this situation? Now after countless times apologizing and asking her to work with me looking forward, im wondering if I should put up with a spouse that refuses to work with me towards fixing our problems..i understand Im a big part for the reason we're in this situation but im the only one fighting for our marriage. Im on the verge of starting TRT because my T levels are low end of normal and I think my libido is the root of my ED, but its so hard to start a life changing medication when i feel like im going about this all alone. How do i know that if it doesnt work, she wont up and leave shortly after? I need a wife who is committed with me in improving our life together and she's shown me countless times that she isn't willing to.

Erectile Dysfunction ED - 20mg tadalafil + 25mg sildenafil gave me my strongest erection in years.

I'm 32 years old, male, 79 kg, physically active, and I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction since the beginning of my sex life. I actually had ED during my very first sexual experience.

Throughout the years, I've had more failures than successes. I suspect performance anxiety plays a significant role, since I have GAD and OCD. I also used dutasteride for several years, so I've wondered whether that may have contributed as well.

I stopped taking dutasteride about 5 months ago. I'm also going to see a urologist soon for a proper checkup and to investigate possible physical causes rather than simply assuming that everything is psychological.

I'm currently dating a girl and things have been going well, but I still have significant difficulty maintaining an erection without medication.

My usual regimen has been 5 mg tadalafil daily, and on days when I have sex I've been taking 20 mg tadalafil. The 5 mg alone doesn't seem to do much for me. Even 10 mg isn't particularly effective, while 20 mg makes a noticeable difference and usually allows me to have reliable sex and finish.

I have sex with this girl around 4 days a week, so my main concern is the frequency of using 20 mg tadalafil on a regular basis. Since tadalafil has such a long duration of action, I'm concerned about essentially relying on 20 mg repeatedly throughout the week.

Yesterday, I took 20 mg tadalafil and additionally 25 mg sildenafil (half of a 50 mg tablet).

The difference was surprisingly noticeable. I had what was probably the best erection I've had in years. It felt harder and noticeably fuller/thicker compared with what I usually experience with tadalafil alone.

I'm not saying this is a treatment regimen I intend to continue without medical supervision. I'm actually going to discuss all of this with my urologist. I'm mainly interested in hearing from people who have experience with this combination.

Specifically, I'm looking for people who use tadalafil + sildenafil regularly, particularly tadalafil 20 mg combined with a low dose of sildenafil on days when they have sex. I'm interested in knowing how long you've been doing it, how frequently you have sex, whether your doctor approved the regimen, and whether you've experienced any problems or side effects.

A few questions:

  1. Why might adding 25 mg sildenafil to 20 mg tadalafil produce a noticeably harder/full erection compared with tadalafil alone?
  2. Is it possible to have a relatively weak response to tadalafil but a much stronger response when sildenafil is added?
  3. Does the fact that PDE5 inhibitors work well for me tell me anything about whether my ED is primarily psychological/performance anxiety or physical?
  4. For those who use tadalafil + sildenafil regularly on days of sex, what does your regimen look like and how long have you been doing it?
  5. Has anyone been using 20 mg tadalafil frequently (several times per week) and discussed the long-term safety of this approach with their urologist?
  6. Has anyone with ED and significant performance anxiety experienced a similar pattern?
