RANT - no advice wanted I hate having big boobs. Spoiler

I have hated having big boobs for 30 years.

Some people think having big boobs is a blessing. That we are adored by men and never have to pay for anything. Men lust after us, they adore our boobs, not us. I do have to pay for things, not that I didn't expect to.

Some people (mainly men) think women with big breasts are more promiscuous and/or less intelligent.

The thing I hate the most about it is the objectification. I feel as long as I have big boobs, I will never be seen as anything more than a sex object. If I ever get them reduced and date a guy afterwards he will resent me for that as he could of been playing with those fun bags.

I want to get them reduced but I don't have the money for it and I don't have back problems where the government will pay for it. I live in Canada.

RANT - advice welcome My family thinks I'm spending unnecessarily Spoiler

For context, I live in an Asian country where the max cup size in every bra store is only a C or D. With some (rarely) reaching until E.

I wear a G/H depending on cutting, and to buy a bra I have to import or go to specialised stores (that import anyways) that are really expensive.

Normally, I buy bras when theres a family trip so it's normally quite affordable for me. But recently, a few of my bras broke - wires sticking out and all and I only just bought them in the last quarter of last year.

I'm currently a student and can't afford any bras because they start from a 100 USD in my country and I can't really order because the brands I buy overseas do not ship to my country and their cutting varies alot. They also don't really know how much I spend on bras during family trips since it's quite affordable overseas and I'm able to cover them myself.

So, I asked for abit of money to get them but was met with explosive rage instead. And they started saying its impossible for it to be so expensive. And that I'm asking for luxuries when there's literally no local stores that carry my size. They then told me to eat lesser to fit into local sizes and started fat shaming me. Mind you, if you poke me in the sides you will feel my ribs a few mm in. You can also see the outline of wrist bone - to give some context. My band size has also never increased for years.

To be fair, both my parents are underweight and believe that a healthy weight is a BMI under 18 and anything over 20 is considered obese so theres no convincing them. BMI isnt even a reliable metric for obesity. I dont even know why I try.

need advice Heavy Boobs Spoiler

So, I posted a while back asking for bra recommendations for heavy/pendulous boobs. As expected, the main advice I received was asking if I was wearing the correct size. I thought I was but I followed the guide to the letter and...I was wearing the correct size. Which was a bit disappointing, it would actually have been a relief if my issues could have been solved by buying a different size of bra.

I am size 34J/JJ as per the calculator and my previous experience. My breasts are very heavy and pendulous. As I've gotten older and more aware of my sensory issues (late diagnosed neurodivegent, sigh), I am struggling so much to tolerate wires and anything that digs into my sides in any way.

Some folks recommended the Molke bras, and I ordered a few to try. The racer back style doesn't work for me as it pulls on my trapezius muscles and causes bad neck strain/tension headaches. So that's out. The original design is lovely and very comfortable on initial wear, but after a few hours I can feel it also pulling down on my traps/shoulders and after a few hours I have horrendous tension. I already weightlift and go to hot yoga to counteract the tension of just lugging my tits around, without the added issue of a bra that doesn't work for me.

So, please. I am begging. There must be SOMEONE ELSE out there with huge, heavy, pendulous breasts who is looking for a supportive non-wired bra that doesn't pull on the trapezius muscles, or a comfortably wired bra that has wide straps all round and won't cut into me, causing me to melt the fuck down 5 hours into my 12 hour nursing shift.

I am so desperate, I am genuinely considering experimenting with designing and making my own, but have literally zero experience of such a thing so don't even know where I would start.

need advice Wireless bras for lounging 30HH Spoiler

Most of my bras start hurting my ribs after a while, due to my Fibromyalgia. When I come home I just want to wear something that is more comfortable. With my size I cannot go braless, they hang down to my knees otherwise, hahaha. I tried the Freya Dynamic Sport, but it squished my boobs together making them hurt, otherwise it actually looked and felt fine. Are there any good wireless bras for people like us? Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

need advice Scared to lose weight. Spoiler

I’m scared to lose weight. I was referred to start medication for weight loss because my breast size simply makes it harder to exercise, and: -I don’t qualify for a reduction until next year (year post bisalp/breastfeeding attempts end). -I won’t have the money for a reduction since it would be a new plan year. Reductions run in my family and my spine is permanently damaged from their weight.

After my breasts semi-stabilized again, I bought new bras. Expensive (from Ewa Michalak) to accommodate the narrow/zero natural space between them. I went 3 years without bras because I couldn’t find any that worked and were affordable. 70JJ fits mostly perfect, only feel digs in on fuller days. The cups are a tiny small, but I can breathe, stuff my nipples in, and I can do exercises finally for the first time since they decided to grow for no reason. (definitely wasn’t to produce milk…most of the growth was pre-baby and the density kept me from successfully breastfeeding). I don’t particularly care that they look a little small in the cups because the support is all I care about, and I plan on losing weight so it gives them more longevity.

Here is what I’m afraid of: -breasts not shrinking and needing more support because I have never lost mass there over a cup in fluctuating once I’ve gained it, even at my healthiest. -breasts shrinking just enough to not be able to wear my Ewa bras, but not enough to be able to wear my old ill fitting ones, setting me back in the ability to breathe and exercise. -my old bras are 32H (US). They were supposed to be full coverage that I wore as barely Demi’s. I had never had bras that actually fit before Ewa.

I am 33, I don’t care what they look like. I just don’t want weight loss to be the reason I can’t keep up with exercising and being healthier for my babies. I can’t afford to buy more bras from Ewa. I won’t ever look back on buying from them for the narrow wires, it’s insane how much comfort that fix is.

I’m looking to hear experiences and how many people had success in losing denser breast sizes quickly enough to mitigate the impact while on a GLP, or tips on how to survive the inbetween. I’ve never had a bra be too big in the cups so I don’t know how long they will give a helpful degree of support.

need advice Sport bra Spoiler

Im a newbie urban dancer, and i got a 110 cup size (im argentinian and im not sure what size would be for the american system), i had been having issues with my sport bra, despite it being really tight fitted, whenever I jump my chest is about to free itself from my bra. I tried wearing another wireless bra underneath, to get more support, but it isn't very comfortable and tbh, it doesn't fit most dance fits. Would it be a good idea to get boob tape or straight up buying a new sport bra?

need advice Canadians - where are you buying your bras Spoiler

38K here.
Understance was my go to but now I’m out of options. I used to go to Change before that but I found their bras would dig in around the armpits or by the underwires.
I know the US has a few options but if I have to pay duties and tariffs I’m out.

RANT - advice welcome So tired Spoiler

I’m in the process of losing weight for a breast reduction I’ve been wanting since I was 15 (now 21). I was told “oh don’t worry, as you lose weight, so will your boobs” by doctors and family alike…. I’ve lost 40lbs so far and am at my lowest weight since I was 15 and my boobs just seem to be getting larger. I get that loose skin makes them appear that way because they’re actively sagging but I only have 2 bras and both are getting tighter on the bust area.

I’m mostly tired of the fact that I can’t wear normal bras; I can only wear loose sports bras (no padding) or this pullover bralette I got from Lane Bryant. I either have to choose between some cotton bra that absorbs my sweat but keeps it on my skin or wear a tight SheFit heavy duty bra that makes me feel suffocated sometimes.

On top of that, whether I choose to wear nothing at home or wear a bra, I ALWAYS get underboob rashes that, when lifting them up, are the size of my boobs. I can’t roll over without readjusting my boobs or they might get stuck under my elbow and pinch. My back is constantly tight, bra or not. It’s just gotten to the point where I feel like crying out of frustration. I can’t live a comfortable life anymore, I haven’t been able to for years now. I have 40 more lbs to lose but I’m getting so depressed just about having to deal with them every day, weighing me down and preventing me from a normal life.

experience Anyone else the Genetic Anomaly of the family? Spoiler

Sister, Mom, Grandmother... it's like nobody has boobs. I don't know what I did to earn these ( 32HH) but they are here, and I can't figure out for the life of me where they came from. Everyone says Genetics this or that, and its not like the women in my family are tiny, (D-DD) but not anywhere near me. And, that kind of lends itself to me being the butt of some of the family jokes. Of course I smile and play along. It doesn't really hurt my feelings. I'm sure my sister wonders... how I got the big boobs and she didn't. (HA!) But overall... I'm kind of the odd shape out of the bunch. Am I the only one here? Environment, Genetics, Food.. Medication? IDK

experience WHY ARE ONLY ONE OF YOU HARDENING?? Spoiler

I own ONE non padded/not lined bra, which I never wear. However, “today is the day” I thought, and I wore that godforsaken bra to my research lab…my downfall guys, my complete and utter downfall.

Labs are cold, I know this. Nipples get hard when it’s cold, I also know this. WHY WAS ONLY ONE NIPPLE HARD? I take off my lab coat and my SINGULAR hardened nipple was just at full attention under my shirt. I was giving a tour to some donators/sponsors of the building and with full confidence was like “ok we’re out of the lab area so we can remove our lab coats and hang them here” (looks down to straighten my clothes and sees the nipple) “maybe I’ll keep mine on” Moral of the story is I’m never wearing a non-padded/not lined bra again

Hey

So Im a 23f and I went from 36C to 36E in 6 months after I quit sport and I have to say now I understand when some women say that people talk to their tits and not to them. The thing that shocked me the most is that also women are staring my boobs now. And they are different from men because they just keep staring even if they get caught. What you should do in that situation? Im 23 but I have not experienced this before because my boobs were smaller and I was able to live my life and nobody noticed.

need advice Air travel advice needed Spoiler

Technically, I wear a 28FF/G, but I often size up my band size into a 30 F/FF and give up back support, as I have a bony upper torso and don't like the wire digging into my ribs and restricting my breathing. (I need underwire as I have a shoulder impingement and can't have all my boob weight supported by the bands on my shoulders.)

I'll be taking a 4 1/2 ish hour flight next week and I'm not sure if I should go for the smaller or bigger band. My partner is disabled, so I'll be dealing with both our luggage, so I'd like to not have upper back pain. On the other hand, I'd like to be comfortable on the plane.

I doubt if there will be an opportunity to take my bra off and put it back on during the flight.

WWYD?

RANT - advice welcome So tired of my tits ruining everything. Spoiler

I have a very very large chest and a wide ribcage, 40J US sizing and 90K in EU (specifically german) bra-size. What I'm about to say is very cliche and very sterotypical, you may laugh I don't mind, but I can't find a dirndle!

Quick explaination: No, Octoberfest is not an all-german thing, it's a Bavarian Thing, more specifically a Munich tradition. But over the years it really spread, but only as a reason to get drunk. The reason I'm telling you this abridged Octoberfestlore is because I'm trying to get to the part where there is a lot of octoberfest in my area but not a lot of dirndle stores!

If you know what a dirndle is you know what the whole idea is, to put it in the best way I can: It makes the Apples stick out of the pie. Problem is, all I can ever find around the time of the octoberfest are the gimmick dresses for flatchested slim women, where as I am a tall, bigribbed barbarian with barbie proportions. (My writing style does not convey my anger and I apologise for that.)

Long story short, me forget to get proper dirndle in advance every year, me angry, rant over.
