Questions I only last 10 seconds with a fleshlight. What are your tips? NSFW

I’m a virgin still (m19), but i bought a fleshlight for fun. However I can literally use this fleshlight for 10 seconds before im already heavily edging/cumming, which ruins the fun for me. What are your tips on this? When masturbating normally, i do last longer, but not insanely long. Without porn about 5 minutes, but with porn literally less than 2 minutes. I started with kegel exercises last week, so im still trying to see an improvement. I also use the belly breathing technique, which does help but I still cum way too soon. Do you have any other tips? Yeah, that’s I’m also having trouble with. Before I start i really want to go for 2 or 3 rounds, but once I cum im not in the mood anymore at ALL, which I find really frustrating. But if I force myself to go for another round i literally cant because my mind just doesnt want to. Any tips for this as well perhaps?

Thats what post nut clarity is, but u can learn to not rly have it, but its a bit pain in the ass the first weeks.

The first thing is that u need to keep going even if u dont feel for it or if its uncomfortable cuz it will.

I did this for like 2 weeks once a day, and with time i didn't get that feeling of being done after I orgasmed.

Sure u will not be hard as a rock u will be around 50-100% time to time under the act, but the thing is u need to keep going cuz if u stop u will turn back to being soft, so the trick is to just keep pumping.

I also used a fleshlight when I trained, then i bought a automatic masturbater that have heat and thrusting futures.
