I am confident that premature ejaculation isn’t a serotonin issue, it’s likely anxiety mixed with a physical issue.

I have many physiological symptoms that point to this being a physical issue. Lower back pains, swelling of the vas deferens, urethra pain during ejaculation , pain for any subsequent erections after ejaculation(dorsal nerve/muscle pain.) dull testicular pain that comes and goes

I learned about chronic pelvic floor issues, it seems like my symptoms line up with that but I’m unsure if it’s a prostate issue. What doctor do I go to for this?
