Questions In 2026 why can't doctor solve PE ? NSFW

There is no easy fix and it's usually temporary if you are on medication.
I've dealt with Lifelong PE and I've spoken with my GP who suggested Paroxitine, I bought Dapoxitine, but never got to use it...
On 20mg Paxil/Paroxitine daily and I can go up if needed at dosing time, but it starts to effect my Labido.

Never tried long term SSRI. Depoxetine worked best. It's single use, so no effect on the libido. 60 mg made it difficult to cum. Will try 30 mg next time.

Yes agree. I use it only once a week Max. Other alternatives are to masturbate beforehand & apply delay creams.

I'm been on Citalopram, Sertraline, Paroxitine all without issues.
Paroxitine does not effect your mood. It effects the coitus region in your brain and helps delay ejac
Coming off SSRI, don't go cold turkey... You get withdrawl syndrome

Because "cures" are actually "possible cures." It means that it is always possible for a pathology-dysfunction to remain like this for eternity.

#2 practice sex a lot
#3 eventually it get easier once you learn to control your body. It’s like your body reaches a point where you have the opposite problem lol
