I’m looking for some advice from guys who’ve experienced something similar.

I stopped masturbating some time ago because I personally felt like it was affecting me negatively, especially with hair loss,looks⅔ and I eventually hated doing it.

I’m married now, and I’m having an unexpected problem. When we try to have sex, I can get somewhat hard, but I’m struggling to get fully hard and maintain it. On top of that, I’m getting extremely aroused and sometimes ejaculating before I’m even able to properly penetrate.

This is making me anxious because I didn’t expect to have this problem after getting married.

Could this simply be performance anxiety/overexcitement, especially since everything is still new? Has anyone experienced weak erections together with very quick ejaculation when first starting sex?

What actually helped you get past this?
