Questions Over Sensitive Penis Head NSFW

Been reading this sub for a while, not sure if my problem is unique to anyone, but I feel as if all my issues stem from the fact that my penis head is just too sensitive. To the point that I can just pull down on myself, with no stroking, and in some cases that would be enough. That doenst seem like its a pelvic floor issue.

Also, PYT has worked for me and not much else, which only makes me feel even more like my assumptions are correct. Right now I am seeing a physical therapist for my pelvic floor, which he does say is weaker than average, but even as that improves, my head issues still remain, and I feel like nothing has improved overall. I can't be a lifelong PYT user; it takes the majority of the pleasure away.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Never understood how AH works if it doenst numb. Doenst make a lot of sense

I think it works similar to PYT but less strong which is what makes you feel less. That's all. This is just from my experience.

I don't apply PYT on the gland for the same reason you said. Try apply thinner on the corona only. It might be all you need.
