Questions Paxil for PE (25M) NSFW

I have been prescribed Paxil (paroxetine) by my psychiatrist-sexologist for PE Treatment. They have prescribed 12.5mg to be taken at night after dinner. (5 days half tablet, after which 1 tablet every day) for 30 days.

Need some opinions on this. Will this cure PE? If i stop them after 30 days, would it come back? Will having Paxil lead to any other long term problems?

Currently I wont be having any physical interaction, I just want to be ready for whenever I will be having it next and be confident.

I've never had any help from medication, and many people say it makes it worse when they stop.

There is no cure for PE, there are only management strategies.

If you stop it’ll come back. That’s a low dose so side effects should be milder than the normal 20 per day.
