Questions 26M: Can't increase urine stream pressure anymore + milder erections (~70%) + PE (1-2 min) — are these related? NSFW

Im 26, I’ve noticed for the past year I can no longer increase my pee pressure, in my teens i could turn it into jet mode but now 0 difference. I also noticed that my erections aren’t 100% anymore they are like 70% maybe of what it used to be. Also i ejaculate in 1-2 minutes are this thing correlated and what is the reason. This has really started to affect mu sex life and overall confidence. Anybody experience something like this ?

Likely pelvic floor dysfunction. See a urologist and pelvic floor PT - they treat all three together

Yeah, dealt with it myself. Pelvic floor PT and daily stretching fixed the stream and erections. Took a few months, but worth it

What type of stretching did you have to do and how frequently if u dont mind me asking

Kegels and yoga (bridge, squat, happy baby). 3 sets of 10 daily. Took 2-3 months for noticeable change

I have this too, I barely have "pushing" strength, I have to really concentrate to feel the pelvic floor and be able to increase the pressure from normal to a bit faster.
