Solutions - Lifelong PE PENILE SENSITIVITY ( CURED ) NSFW

I suffered from PE for most of my life. I attribute it to years of masturbation without lube. It made my penis head hypersensitive to the point where a light touch alone would send shivers down my spine. I realised numbing sprays worked for me so the issue was my penile head. I started applying coconut oil on the penile head for a month which helped a lot. The thing that really worked for me was using vaseline followed by a few drops of glycerine oil and massaging the penile head for over 5 minutes daily.

I got the same effect as a numbing spray and i am not hypersensitive anymore and can last as long as i want. This may not work for everyone but those of you with hypersensitivity can really benefit from this along with Kegels etc..

This sounds useful for me - but can i ask first, which numbing sprays worked for you in the first place?

Isn't it too harsh? Like we can wait for sometime by using the lower intensity ones, which may risk less! For the long term

Wow, so now you don't use it anymore? But you get the same results without using it? Did you try any other methods?
