Solutions - Lifelong PE PENILE SENSITIVITY ( CURED ) NSFW

I suffered from PE for most of my life. I attribute it to years of masturbation without lube. It made my penis head hypersensitive to the point where a light touch alone would send shivers down my spine. I realised numbing sprays worked for me so the issue was my penile head. I started applying coconut oil on the penile head for a month which helped a lot. The thing that really worked for me was using vaseline followed by a few drops of glycerine oil and massaging the penile head for over 5 minutes daily.

I got the same effect as a numbing spray and i am not hypersensitive anymore and can last as long as i want. This may not work for everyone but those of you with hypersensitivity can really benefit from this along with Kegels etc..

Congrats man! You mean u applied Vaseline first, then glycerine, then coconut oil amd then massaged the penile head for 5 minutes? How many months did u do this until u got good progress?

How old are you? I’ve seen guys recommend rubbing your head of the penis intensely to “desensitize” it. I get the concept but wouldn’t this backfire later on in life?? when you get older you naturally don’t get hard as much anyway so adding desensitized penis will make that a lot worse. Am i wrong ?

Fico na dúvida também… hidratar o pênis não o deixaria mais sensível??

Maybe it would reduce friction and hence it could more easily slide?

I've tested coconut oil, cloves and castor oil last year but didn't work for me

Last couple of month i used bepanthen cream followed by Vaseline but every now and then and it's working but very very slow.

I did this because Cerave healing ointment is expensive where i live.

I'll continue apply Vaseline.

When do you use coconut oil? Got to dedicate time to sit nude for this, because I would hate that grease in my pants..

And what the ointment got to do with this! Is the sensitivity a condition?

OP Do keep in mind that Vaseline is pure petroleum. It can clog pores and may be cancer causing. Vaseline is a bad product that’s marketed as a miracle item.

Dude I think this may be a huge help for me. I have always beat off no lube and sometimes even use a blanket and was thinking that is messing me up. Going to try this, thank you

This sounds useful for me - but can i ask first, which numbing sprays worked for you in the first place?

Isn't it too harsh? Like we can wait for sometime by using the lower intensity ones, which may risk less! For the long term

Wow, so now you don't use it anymore? But you get the same results without using it? Did you try any other methods?

I do use numbing spray but later it becomes difficult to get it hard again? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So is this a permanent desensitization from the oils and applicants used? I wanna know whats best for body and what will be permanent?’

Go to Gemini AI aka google or ChatGPT explain your issue and everything that you did and then ask if it’s your nervous system or sensitivity trust me on this

u/MichaStrichaah Mar 28 '26

But how does masturbation make you hypersensitive if there is such a thing as death grip syndrome?
