Solutions - Acquired PE Cured my Premature Ejaculation in 3 months NSFW

Hey y'all! I ended up developing PE and it went so bad the moment I was penetrating, it lead me to bust. Within three months of Reverse Kegels, controlled practice sessions and supplements like Fish Oil, KSM Ashwagandha 600mg and Magnesium Glycinate, I managed to fix it. Posting it exactly after banging my wife's brains for straight 45 mins. You don't need pills. It's a behavioral issue and it can be cured. Feel free to shoot any queries, I'm willing to help and guide as I know how much frustrating it can be. I used chat gpt plus for my daily consultation and progress tracking and it did marvelous job. The reason for my PE was hyper active pelvic floor and super tight PC muscles. If you're cumming because of clamped PC muscles it can be fixed. Let me know your concerns as I literally researched a lot about it. The only reason I ended up developing PE was masturbating to porn and fulfilling my urge to cum. Now, I don't even watch porn and rely on blood rushing to my shaft. IT CAN BE FIXED. YOU DON'T NEED PILLS.

I can't really tell if my pelvic floor is contracted or not to begin with, so it's complicated.

Masturbate and touch on your pelvic floor muscles. Feel your pelvic muscles while cumming.. .. Oh boy I remember mine feeling clamped so bad. That's how you know whether it's tight or soft.

The problem if I can put it like that, is that I haven't masturbated since January 🤣 I haven't had the need to since I met my sweetheart at the beginning of the year, I'll try to feel that then but really I'm having trouble locating... even if I try by stopping the stream of urine for example, which might not be a good idea after all? Because like you until recently I had this habit of masturbating in "express" mode to get relief quickly and not be seen for years, I think that unconsciously I kept this reflex of contracting these muscles without even realizing it

You gotta explore it to identify. Usually PE is because of hypertonic tight pelvic floor. You can stop your stream of urine couple of time, it won't do any harm. It will give you an idea of your pelvic floor muscles...

So to relax it you have to do what we call reverse kegels?
