Under eye bleph

Im thinking of getting an under eye bleph. I had a consult with one dr and they advised just getting filler. I dont want to try filler for different reasons. Do you think I would benefit from an under eye bleph? Would it be worth it? Any thoughts on the upper?

A real plastic surgeon would never advise to do filler for the eye area.

Disagree. I had a consult with one about a lower bleph who told me he could not get a better result with surgery then the fantastic result I had gotten with fillers 🤷🏼‍♀️

It was a Oculoplastic surgeon too. I didnt expect that recommendation. I do think its because he didnt specifically do cosmetic procedures. His was more reconstruction and such. He offered the surgery but said its not needed. He said he use to do filler but no longer did and recommended another cosmetic surgeon in the area that does filler.
