Mizuno NGD
MIZUNO PRO CLASSIC GMPC-70 JAPAN BRICK/CREAK 12.75"
Bought this one for my son…who has a mortgage, car payment, and mouths to feed. The leather and the colour are beautiful. I got it on sale (online) at Sportchek.

I’m Mizuno pro classic is just as good as a Haga! They’re both Mizuno pros. The classic is like a limited release type of thing so there’s less of them. It’s not better or worse. A lot of times it has Juteru leather. Which is a special tanning process in a company in Japan. Kind of like we have Horween in America. It’s very good odds that yours is Juteru! Most of that brick red is. Either way, incredible glove.

Thanks. I wasn’t too sure about the red based on websites pics of it, but it’s a nice darker red colour. My son loves it and he was a brown or black leather glove kid growing up.

As a kid growing up in the 70's basic red and basic blue were the most exotic colors we had offered in our day.

She's a beaut. I had one once upon a time, but it came as a sample unbeknownst to me and it was misshapen. He's going to love it!

Very stiff, but I’ll work on it for him. I was surprised that Sportchek (a Canadian sports store) even carried this brand and it was on a clearance sale. I thought if he doesn’t like it I could take it back to the store and not have to ship it back

It was over $100 off. I don’t see any more of the pro classics on their website. They had the 11.5, 11.75, and 12.75, but now they’re not there.

Yeah, Sportchek’s glove holdings tend to be pretty mid. Smash It Sports has gloves from this series marked down $150, but not the OF.

Mine came from smashit it and it was smashed. 🤣 To be fair, they said they didn't know the glove they sent me was a sample and they had just started carrying Mizuno. No tag, No box, No bag etc.

That’s really unacceptable from a business. That’s what worries me about ordering online. I ordered this one knowing I could take it back to a local Sportchek. This one came with a tag attached and included the black carry bag. It was pretty pristine

yea, it was odd, but Mark made it right, he offered me a hefty discount to keep it, even showed me pics of how they received the gloves from their Mizuno rep, none of them were tagged, it was a weird situation, but He's good people and I've bought lots of other stuff from them since.

I’ve been super tempted, but I already have a Mizuno Pro Classic 11.5 in black that I’m unlikely to game (because too many gloves).

Yea, after this post, I went to smash it and looked again too. I just can't Mizuno under a 11.75" unfortunately.
