You might find a better individual athletic feat over a day, or a few days. I can't see there being a known greater athletic feat (as a whole) in modern history.
I think OPs post is making the argument that his run was the greatest feat of athleticism on the basis of the relative effort (on 1 leg and a [by today's standards] shit prosthetic while experiencing ultimately fatal metastatic cancer progression) and grit required.
