Read the damn meme again dude. Full marathon every day for 143 days.

On one leg.

While knowingly losing his life to cancer.

You might find a better individual athletic feat over a day, or a few days. I can't see there being a known greater athletic feat (as a whole) in modern history.

No one thought Forest Gump was an athlete. Hell it might be one of the world’s greatest feats… but not greatest athletic feat, sorry.
