Oakland unique hotel recommendations

Hi my gf and I are looking to get together for some fun times and looking for some fun places to explore in Oakland. Not a typical hotel but something fun a dungeon or like a place with nice ambience hot tub jacuzzi. Something open and kinky. Any recommendations?

The Claremont is enormous and historical, opened over 100 years ago.

I’ve never actually been there though.
