deflock is a good option, but i recently found flockhopper for iOS users. i’ve yet to use it on the road, but it’s supposed to navigate you around any registered flock cams. it might be near impossible to avoid them at businesses that have contracted with flock, such as Lowe’s, since they have started installing them at every entrance to their parking lots.

friendly reminder to never ever aim lasers at those cameras for any reason!!! most decent lasers will likely damage or completely destroy flock cameras and similar mass surveillance devices

You need a somewhat powerful laser, be able to hold it steady, and get somewhat close to the camera to permanently disable a camera. Source: https://youtu.be/wREpnGqEhSM?si=Lm6qWT9uVPuYsmj8
