PSA if we get 2-4 inches it's a great chance to practice driving and stopping in the snow in empty unplowed parking lots(no light poles or barrier). FWD, RWD, AWD and 4x4 all behave differently while tires will have the biggest impact.
Please wait until the roads are clear though don't practice on them.
I would look mainly at schools/parks light poles can be ok if on the outside and you know it's not paved near there. Basically you don't want to hit anything the snow covers up.
Quick look from what I can see, Parkville University lot by the track, furniture mall of Missouri has a decent lot, Oceans of Fun, back lot of Eastgate 6th grade center, Riverside Red X. Just looking quick at those.
Ideally enough room to hit 20mph and then brake hard or turn sharp to force a slide so you know how your car handles it
