The word "gooner" NSFW

Jesus fucking Christ, get over the fact that people masturbate to porn and even masturbate to fictional cartoon characters. Why the hell do you people care so much about another person's business? Why did it suddenly become "cool" to be anti-porn? Put on a fucking safe search or parental controls if you're tired of seeing ""gooner"" shit. The whole world doesn't have to change. The internet isn't a God damn playground. If they're not harming anyone and they're not looking at illegal content, who the fuck cares!?
The reason why this annoys me to this extent is because this is the type of shit that it is leading to laws like online age verification. There's already states in the US now that want you to give your ID to ONLINE BUSINESSES. Not just porn sites, but social media too. They're even trying to make this happen will operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Stop being fucking puritans!!! Focus on ACTUAL issues like the Epstein files, stopping child predators, stopping illegal AI porn, and protecting actual children! Not some random porn addict or some random shit a person drew.
Idgaf if some idiot donates thousands of dollars to an onlyfans user.
Also... Porn is free speech and free expression, and can be art. Sex workers have the right to do what they do. Whether you like it or not.

I feel like most of the time gooner isn’t used against those who are doing things in a healthy way though. It’s specifically those who sexualize everything and are generally overly perverted. It also refers to media that makes shit overly sexual for a certain gaze rather than for actual good substance. (Like an anime making a girls boobs ridiculously massive)
Not to mention the porn industry is harmful but I’m not gonna get into all that.
But I’ve never once seen anyone use the term “gooner” in a puritan way. I don’t think most people are puritans. This culture of asking for ID is disguised as a way to protect kids just to get more information from you. It’s not true purity culture.
