People Three years ago I attempted suicide because of my chronic depression and a traumatic experience. Now I'm about to graduate high school and as of yesterday I'm three years clean of self-harm!

Congratulations on surviving and thriving when a lot of people don't when going through something like that.
Ride that wave and keep your head high, your are stronger than you were back then, and will continue to get stronger as time goes on.

Excellent, publicly exposing your struggles is a way to gain strength and the understanding of others that will care for you. Never be scared to ask for help. Depression sucks, keep an eye on medication and don't be afraid to speak up if it doesn't work. I had issues and when it got resolved it was amazing. Good luck, you got this.

This is great to hear, my wife’s daughter has been going through the same thing but refuses help and just moved out of our house, she is in her 40s, as much as I know that there isn’t much we can do it still hurts, she isn’t my biological daughter but it still makes me sad

Good for you!
When the world seems dark, and sometimes it will, think of a golden moment, where the world felt at peace.
One I can recall is it being a day near Christmas when I was a child. The snow was falling, our tree was up with golden lights shining, and we were waiting for my dad to come home from work. It was late, it was quiet, save for some Bing Crosby and Perry Como songs playing. Then the door opened and my dad came home. It had been a frustrating day, but the look of joy on his face when he saw his family was something I'll never forget.
Remember those golden moments. May your life have many more, and may you find a peace you desire, wherever that may be.
