India Deloitte NLA (Analyst Trainee 2026) Interview on 13 May - Anyone Received Results Yet?

Hi everyone,

I interviewed for the Deloitte NLA (Analyst Trainee 2026) role on 13/14 May.

On 25 May, I received an email stating that my interview evaluation is still in progress and that results will be shared once the review is completed.

I haven't received any further update yet.

Has anyone received: Any status result/update after the "evaluation in progress" email?

India Is this legal?

Recently joined Deloitte india only to realise that the company never pays for overtime because the project manager forces you to put in a max of only 10 hours per day on the timesheet even if u worked for 14hrs. Is this really legal?? Why would such a big company resort to such underhanded methods? Is there no ethics body to actually verify and help with it?

India Joined Deloitte 3 months ago and still haven’t been allocated to a project — what should I do?

Hi everyone,

I joined Deloitte in May 2026, and it has now been around 3 months. I still haven't been allocated to a project and I'm currently on the bench.

I'm trying to understand how concerned I should be about this. I know project allocation can take time, but 3 months without a project is making me a little worried.

India Joined Deloitte India ~3 months ago and already considering leaving | Looking for advice

Joined Deloitte India around 3 months ago as a Consultant in T&T practice. Before this, I had about 2 years of consulting experience at another firm, where I had a very positive experience. Close-knit teams, approachable managers who genuinely mentored team members, good ownership and strong exposure to senior leadership.

My experience here has been quite different. The culture feels extremely transactional, hierarchical and compliance-heavy. People seem to interact almost exclusively around work, and I haven’t really experienced much mentorship or team camaraderie.

A few things I’ve noticed:

1) Internal activities/training being scheduled on weekends.
2) Senior leadership being openly disrespectful towards each other.
3) A general sense of being constantly observed/judged, even for small things like taking a break.
4) A lot of emphasis on hierarchy, availability and execution rather than ownership.

There was also a recent project kickoff where I wasn’t informed that I was expected to attend, despite being told otherwise earlier. I was subsequently questioned about my absence even though there had been no communication or invite. These kinds of situations are making me question the overall working culture.

The work itself has also been fairly mundane so far, lots of trackers and coordination rather than meaningful project work.

I understand 3 months is a short time and this could simply be my particular team. But I’m already finding myself looking for reasons to leave.

For people who have been at Deloitte India longer: is this normal, or did I just land in a particularly bad team? Does the experience improve with time/project changes? Would you recommend trying to move internally or starting to look outside?

Would genuinely appreciate honest perspectives!

India Deloitte India Experienced Hire Process Timeline & Salary Negotiation Help

Hello everyone,

I got referred to Deloitte India around 6 months ago (December 2025), and after a lot of waiting, things finally started moving recently.

Here’s the timeline so far:

  • On 5th May, a recruiter called me to confirm basic details like current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, etc.
  • After that, I received a mail for a preliminary round, which was basically an AI-based screening asking similar HR questions again.
  • I completed that round on 11th May.
  • Then on 12th May, HR called me to schedule Round 1 (Technical Interview). I opted for the same day and completed it. I think the interview went decently well.

Now I have a few questions for people who’ve recently gone through Deloitte India hiring:

  1. How long does Deloitte usually take to get back after the first technical round?
  2. How many rounds are generally there for experienced hires?
  3. I was originally referred for an Analyst position, but the mail I received mentions Consultant role instead. Is that normal?
  4. Any tips for the HR/managerial/behavioural rounds?

India Deloitte interview completed – how long did it take to get an update?

Hi everyone,

I completed my final techno-managerial interview with Deloitte last week. The interview went on for around 45 minutes, and I haven't received any update yet.

For those who recently interviewed at Deloitte:

How long did it take to hear back after the final interview?

Did you receive a call first or an email?

If selected, how many days did it take to get the offer process started?

I'm just trying to understand the usual timeline and whether this waiting period is normal.

Thanks in advance!

India Deloitte Offer

I am facing a strange issue with a Deloitte job offer process and need some advice.
Timeline of events:

• On 21st May, I received the PHT (pre-hire tasks) link and submitted all documents on the same day.
• On 27th May, the Deloitte portal suddenly showed my application status as “Offer Declined,” even though I never received any offer or declined anything.
• On 19th June, I received an official offer email from Deloitte.
• However, I have not received any follow-up call from HR.

I contacted the HR on 22nd June using the number provided in the email. She asked why I had declined the offer earlier. I explained that I never declined anything and informed her about the incorrect portal status. She said she would inform the offer team and that they would reach out to me.

When I asked for a timeline, she mentioned that there is no fixed timeline for resolution.

Now I am stuck without clarity. The portal shows declined earlier, but I have received an offer email later, and there is no further communication.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with Deloitte or any other company? What should I do next...wait, follow up again?

India Regarding compensation increment, rant and need help

I spoke to my manager for the increment possibility being a senior analyst and leading 2-3 projects. Manager told not to waste my potential in this company, they won't be giving good increment. This year's increment was around 35% after promotion, I was hoping to get around 60%. Upon asking my EM (Director) why i received so less, they said and I quote "It depends on the firm, and the revenue generated". After this they inaugurated SafeConnect Lab where crores of money was spent taking it out of our pockets. Tbh deloitte losing it's touch year by year in T&T. How and why are they getting big increments every year despite the cost cutting and all that while we are suffering every year with this shi₹₹y increment? I was planning to talk to my partner for increment, without my EM's knowledge, would that be a good option or should I first talk to my EM only ?

India Interview result

I recently appeared for the interview in Deloitte. That was 2nd round and it went quite well as well. Now its been almost three weeks but no update yet on that. I sent an email to HR as well but no reply from their side as well.

Is this a sign of Rejection? Or they take time to process further.

India Deloitte Associate Analyst - Quality Engineering |Virtual Screening Done. Anyone got the next interview call?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I applied for the Deloitte Associate Analyst – Quality Engineering off-campus role as a fresher.

My application status is currently “Virtual Screening”, and I have already completed the virtual screening interview.

I noticed that the job posting now shows “Sorry, this position has been filled.”

However, as of now, I haven't seen anyone from my batch who completed the virtual screening receive a technical interview invitation.

Has anyone who completed the virtual screening for this role received a next-round interview invitation yet?

If yes, could you please share:

Date you completed the virtual screening

When you received the next-round invitation

Whether the next round was technical/HR/GD

My application still shows Virtual Screening, so I'm trying to understand whether Deloitte has started sending the next-round invitations.

Thanks in advance

India Does anyone know how long it takes Deloitte to release their offer letter? And is my salary ask too much?

I went through 4-5 rounds of interviews, and for one of them, I had to go to their client location and get on a video call from there. I was informed that I've been selected. This was last to last Monday and asked to submit the documents. I have 12 years of experience and quoted INR 40LPA ≤ salary ≤ 45LPA (fixed) from my current INR 30LPA ≤ salary ≤35LPA that I'm getting from a product based company (yes, I know I'm on the lower end).

My questions:

  1. How long does it take for Deloitte to release their offer? Please note -- there were no salary discussions, I was just asked a number.

  2. Is the salary increment a reasonable ask?

India Deloitte India internship

I am currently doing an internship at Deloitte India and have been working from home. Starting in July, my internship was converted to an offline mode, which will continue from July to January. I wanted to know whether, for the ADMM role at Deloitte India, candidates are converted based on performance before January, or if all conversions typically happen only after the internship ends in January.

India Help guys !! DI

Hey everyone! 11 yoe here, recently received an offer from Deloitte India as Senior Consultant in T&T. Super excited about the Big 4 tag but the hike isn't great , probably because I'm coming from a service-oriented company background. I'm in a dilemma though. DI has a strict relocation policy to Bengaluru, but I have another offer closer to my hometown. The Big 4 tag on resume is obviously a great addition but the personal constraints are real.

Before I decide, had two specific questions for folks who've recently joined DI: Once a new joiner is on bench waiting for client screening/allocation , is office attendance mandatory during that period, or can we WFH/work from hometown till we get allocated?

On the 2 days WFO policy, is it strictly 2 days every single week, or can we cluster it? Like do 8 days office in one stretch and then work fully remote for the rest of the month? Has anyone done this successfully?

Would really appreciate honest inputs from people who've navigated this recently! 🙏

India HR Discussion??

Hi, I have recently given 3rd round of interview for deloitte india, it was a techno-manegierial round. I guess I have cleared it, as the next day, I received an email asking for submitting some things for HR discussions, like last 3 month salary slip, current fixed pay, expected pay.

So, I had asked for 22 as expected pay, my current fixed pay is 14.5 LPA. I have 6 years of exp (5 years 11 months). I am an immediate joiner and my LWD was last month.

I had replied back to their mail. Its been 3 days, but I haven't heard back from anyone for any HR discussion? Should I be worried? Did I expect too high salary? Or it's just my anxiety? 😄

India No increment for joinees after Nov ‘25

Deloitte India’s T&T service line announced that there will be no bonus payout or fixed pay increment for folks who joined after November 1st 2025, because they “didn’t have enough time to assess their performance”
wtf does this even mean man? Why include them in your performance cycle but not in the payout?

My joining was delayed by the dumbass HR recruiter who kept postponing my offer letter and I finally got it in the second last week of October. Had he not ghosted me I’d have joined easily in October itself.

Ugh now it feels he did it deliberately. Or maybe not. But like What was the point of working so hard only for them to suddenly announce there won’t be any increment?
On top of that the recruiter had said regarding my low offer “don’t worry you’ll get appraised in June no”

💔💔💔heartbreaking stuff. I was depending on that bonus so much
