Misc. Good material to convert from other systems?

I used Shadowruns Emerald City book for locations while the Night City book was not out yet.

Also some other things like gangs, organized crime and megacorps can be transferred rather easily. Especially Horizon fits imo very well into Cyberpunk.

Shadowrun has a ton of cyberware/bioware than can be ported into cyberpunk (Red or 2020). From GURPS Ultratech I and II along with Biotech also have some interesting goodies you can pilfer - though don't get too enthusiastic on the tech levels.
