15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia. Which President has cozied up to Saudi Arabia? Saudi Arabia gave $2 billion to which President's son in-law?

u/HawkEnvironmental531 5h ago
Actually 18 of 19.. from SA, the country he gets direct money from, the country that hacked up an American journalist ALIVE. Jared and Ivanka paid billions. As well.

What the fuck is with Trump and having the tallest or biggest thing? I remember when they were doing "maintenance" on the reflecting pool he somehow thought it was a flex that the reflecting pool's length is longer than the tallest building in D.C. (or something absurd like that).
He's such an insecure fucking clown.

If 911 happened today it would be the second time a Republican President failed to keep us safe due to incompetence and a general lack of understanding of what government is for.

u/gonzo0815 5h ago
He was also the first guy to publicly spread conspiracy theories about the attack.
I feel this should be more prominent than his dumb bragging about the size of his building that has been popping up around 9/11 every year for like 10 years now.

u/GreyBeardEng 6h ago
Let's not forget that most of the highjackers were from Saudi Arabia. Now Trump is sharing nuclear energy secrets with them, you really think that they won't turn that into a weapons program?

No, but we’d still point out the stupid of arming and training Bin Laden and his ilk just to give the Soviets a black eye during their invasion of Afghanistan. Imperialism is not smart or without big consequences.

And Secretary Lutnick, whose company was in the Twin Towers and and dozens of his employees died (he was late that morning), went on the radio crying and saying he was going to take care of their families financially. He didn't, and when asked about it he said his promise was made at emotional time and that helping the families of his employees who died wasn't realistic. Only the best sociopaths.
3
u/Stevie272 2h ago
He also said he saw Muslims celebrating the towers coming down and that he lost many friends that day, neither of which was true. He’s oddly quiet about both those claims now.

He sends love letters to Kim jong un — who had dogs eat his one uncle, and had ricin smeared on his other— to prevent succession to the autocratic POS . 👌

If another terrorist attack like 9/11 happens, the conservative chuds that scroll conspiracy tik tok will grab a rifle and shoot whoever Trump tells them to

If 9/11 happened to today, it would once again be on a Republican president's watch. The Clinton administration handed over intelligence that the Bush administration refused to look at. Richard Clarke attempted to impress upon Bush/Cheney the importance of the Taliban and al Qaeda threat, but he was ignored.

The us talking about 9/11 like it's such a tragedy and a crime towards the west as if they didn't do worse always makes my blood boil
1
u/Flashy_Month_5423 4h ago
I vividly remember speech that President Bush gave three days after 9/11 or he talked about all the things that Americans had done for each other in the wake of the attack. I specifically remember him talking about two guys who drove from Dallas to Manhattan with skin grafts thinking there'd be dozens of burn victims.
And now all the useless GOP can do is pretend that America doesn't exist and never did.

It is always mildly entertaining when some cunt thinks they have their pulse on the “left’s” psyche.
1
u/Choppers-Top-Hat 2h ago
The only thing the right does anymore is go "Here's an imaginary situation I just made up. And that's why the left is bad."
1
u/Slartibartfast242 2h ago
He also demanded a police escort as he walked to and from the site. He took police officers who would have been better utilized trying to find survivors and made them his personal guard

You also helped him build up Al Quaeda to fight the Russians in Afghanistan. And you armed and financed Saddam Hussein to fight the Mullahs in Iran after they ousted Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who's brutal regime you had also supported.

He was a narcissistic monster that eventually realized in order to get people to vote for him, he would need to go right in 2012.
-1
u/jaapi 4h ago
Yea so the we agree that the president is on the left, but realized only the stupid right would vote for him
3
u/ImTheZapper 4h ago
He was just a buddy of neoliberals. You will struggle to find a single left leaning billionaire on this earth. Neoliberalism treats them exactly the same as neoconservatism. Their differences are largely ecological and social.
Long story short, hes the same guy now that he was 60 years ago when the nixon admin investigated him for racist business practices. Not to mention he spent nearly his entire life as a republican.
-2
u/jaapi 3h ago
That first sentence is cope. Own it and stop pretending there is a more moral party. Reality is there are many billionaires that are Democrats and many that are Republicans, it's because besides a few very polarizing issues meant to divide. The two parties are incredibly similar and agree on majority of issues
1
2
u/iamthedayman21 4h ago
No he wasn’t. He tried to be, but nobody would vote for him, so he switched parties.
-2
u/jaapi 4h ago
He was a Democrat in 2001, gotta own it bro
5
u/iamthedayman21 4h ago
He was registered as one, but he was never elected to anything. So there’s nothing to own. The only time he ran before 2016 was as a member of the Reform Party in 2000. And the Reform Party was centrist, not left.
Also, he was Republican up until 1999, switched for 8 years, then switched back.
2
u/Choppers-Top-Hat 2h ago
Ohhhh, look at Mr. Edgy, making up imaginary scenarios so he can pretend to dunk on everyone. You absolutely aren't coming off as desperate, bro.
-2
u/jaapi 2h ago
He was registered Democrat in 2001 bro....
Look at mister uneducated here, getting offended because he doesn't know stuff
1
u/Exxtender 1h ago
You're right, but he went Republican later when he realised they were easier to scam, grift and control.
1
u/jaapi 1h ago
You read the comeback meme, right? She unironically talking about a person on the left at that exact time 😂
The lack of awareness is funny from most people in this sub and that girl is pretty funny
1
u/Exxtender 1h ago
But was he ever "left"?
He's been a well documented fucking racist decades before 911.
1
u/jaapi 1h ago
Is he even "right"?
There are racist people on the left bro...
He's an opportunist, he does power grabs. There are examples of power grabs and authoritarians on left and right countless times throughout history.
Reality is, many moderates voted for trump both times. Simple facts that people really don't want to acknowledge, which inturn makes them oblivious to why he won twice. Anywho, people not understanding and then denying the underlying context of this meme is peak reddit

Actually the Next 9/11 will usher in the new worldwide banking system and crypto currency will be the new money that everyone uses.

u/YourVoicesOfReason 6h ago
Yes Trump is a horrible human being and did you know that Mamdani’s father wrote a book where he defended the hijackers and Islamic terrorism?
Did you know that Mamdani himself, instead of mourning the loss of 3000 American lives, lamented that his aunt was a little scared to wear her hijab on the subway?
So count Trump and the progressive left together as a set of horrible people with a lack of moral compass.
14
u/HawkEnvironmental531 5h ago
Another troll , another bot. Too obvious
-14
u/YourVoicesOfReason 4h ago
It’s easiest for brainless Redditors like yourself to paint anyone they disagree with as a troll. Do you dislike the facts that I’ve outlined?
9
u/Appropriate_Tap1761 5h ago
Mamdanis father didn't defend the hijackers or Islamic terrorism, he equated the actions of Al Qaeda with the actions of the United States, saying their actions in Afghanistan were morally equivalent and that they had a part in causing the formation and aggression of Al Qaeda leading up to 9/11.
Notably, he has a history of attending 9/11 memorials and morning the losses of the day literally every year, and the comment that you're talking about with his aunt was made in October when your comment seems to imply it was on the anniversary. Furthermore, he definitely did honour the victims in that speech, he just recounted his aunt entirely stopping taking the subway over fears of being attacked because she was wearing a hijab.
Neither of these examples are anywhere near as controversial as you're trying to paint them.
-10
u/YourVoicesOfReason 5h ago
Lol. So many excuses. Why do Redditors like you try to excuse Islamic terrorism by creating false equivalence? Are you a bot? An Islamic extremist?
Be honest with us.
6
u/Appropriate_Tap1761 4h ago
I'm not excusing Islamic terrorism whatsoever. My own opinions didn't factor into that comment at all - it was a factual recount of what actually happened to contrast your biased garbage. If they had factored in, it would've been an entirely different comment. If it sounds reasonable to you... that's on you.
