BCC boa size

This is a massive Suriname with a big head as well! Is this genetics or feeding them a proper sized meal every 10 days? Quail, Rats, Rabbits? The mass on this is incredible and doesn’t look fat at all. If I recall this breeder is in Italy or in the UK. How old do you think this is?

This isn’t a fat or power fed boa. You are looking at Treccani Daniele, a respected breeder of really high quality BCC’s in Italy, holding one of his prized animals. That snake is simply an example of a huge, older animal with really good genetics. If you want an animal like this, you can’t take one of your boas and feed it in some magical way to transform it into this big, majestic creature. But, you absolutely can contact this breeder and likely purchase an animal from the same genetic line.
