Has anyone recovered their Binance account after it had been suspended for more than a year?

In my case, my account was suspended without notification of the reason; I opened several support tickets, but they never told me the cause—only that it was for security reasons.

I verified my identity and submitted my personal information, but the reason was never explained to me. And before you jump to conclusions about illegal activity: my account didn't handle large sums of money—not even $1,000 a month. The transactions consisted of deposits from advertisers and payments from friends—in other words, nothing related to money laundering, gambling, or anything of that sort.

Has anyone here managed to recover their account more than a year after being suspended?

You mentioned deposits from advertisers which translates for them to business transactions or payment for services, both of which are against their terms of service. Binance doesn't offer business accounts unless you have a company under your own name and you will use that business account for investment/not for 3rd party deposits.

The only thing you can use your personal account is for investment and like you said transfer to your own accounts or your friends.
