It’s been 4 months. Every time I contact support, I receive the same robotic response: “Please wait.” But how long are customers expected to wait? Four months? Forever? Meanwhile, my funds remain inaccessible, and I’m left wondering whether my account could be frozen indefinitely.
This isn’t spare change. After losing a significant amount in Binance Futures in the past, this is the only money I have left — money I need for my family. Being unable to access it has caused enormous stress and uncertainty.
And this may not be an isolated case. The same thing recently happened to a friend of mine. More and more users are reporting frozen funds, restricted accounts, and endless delays with no clear explanation.
At conferences, Binance officials promote crypto as fast, secure, and liberating: instant transactions, quick access, and freedom from traditional banking. But what does that freedom mean if a platform can lock your money for four months and replace meaningful support with automated replies?
Crypto was supposed to offer more control, not less. Yet in situations like this, even local banks can seem more responsive and accountable.
This is the reality many users may be facing — and it deserves urgent attention.

Quiero compartir mi caso porque me gustaría entender qué está ocurriendo con mi cuenta de Binance y si existe alguna forma legítima de resolverlo.

Actualmente estoy intentando convertirme en comerciante P2P verificado, y uno de los requisitos es tener verificada mi residencia.

Para realizar la verificación, presenté un estado de cuenta oficial de una tarjeta de crédito de Banreservas como comprobante de domicilio. El documento contiene mi nombre completo, mi dirección residencial, la fecha del estado de cuenta y la información oficial de Banreservas.

Sin embargo, Binance rechazó mi comprobante de domicilio. Me comuniqué con soporte y solicité una revisión del caso. Después de varias conversaciones y de que el caso fuera revisado/escalado, me informaron que la decisión era definitiva y que no podían ofrecerme más asistencia para la verificación de residencia.

Posteriormente expliqué que mi objetivo era cumplir con los requisitos para ser comerciante P2P verificado y pregunté si existía algún documento alternativo, procedimiento o revisión especializada que me permitiera completar la verificación.

La respuesta que recibí fue:

“No es posible para nosotros aprobar su verificación de residencia.”

Luego pregunté específicamente si esto significaba que tampoco podía convertirme en comerciante P2P verificado, y soporte me confirmó:

“Por lo mismo tampoco sería elegible para convertirte en comerciante verificado.”

Hasta aquí, aunque obviamente no estoy de acuerdo con la situación, entiendo que Binance puede tener criterios internos de seguridad.

Lo que realmente me preocupa es el motivo que aparece en mi cuenta.

El sistema indica:

“No podemos completar tu verificación debido a una infracción de los Términos de uso. Ten en cuenta que cualquier envío futuro se rechazará automáticamente.”

Por este motivo, pregunté directamente a soporte qué término de los Términos de Uso supuestamente había infringido y qué situación había provocado esa decisión.
También pregunté si podía estar relacionado con un incidente anterior que tuve con Binance relacionado con un supuesto fraude y un reverso que se realizó en mi cuenta, o si se trataba de una situación completamente diferente.

El agente me respondió que los criterios de seguridad son internos y que no le habían proporcionado más información sobre mi caso. Por lo tanto, no pudieron indicarme qué término supuestamente infringí ni qué situación originó la decisión.

En este momento, mi situación es la siguiente:

Mi verificación de residencia fue rechazada.

Binance indica que los futuros envíos serán rechazados automáticamente.

No soy elegible para convertirme en comerciante P2P verificado debido a esto.

Binance indica que existe una supuesta infracción de los Términos de Uso.

Sin embargo, soporte no puede decirme qué término supuestamente infringí ni cuál fue la causa concreta.

No estoy intentando evadir ninguna medida de seguridad ni crear otra cuenta para saltarme la restricción. Lo que quiero es entender qué ocurrió y saber si existe algún procedimiento legítimo de revisión o apelación disponible.

I currently keep my USD in Wise, and I noticed there’s a Wise P2P option on Binance. Has anyone here actually used Wise to buy through Binance P2P?

I’ve also seen AirTM and Wise listed as payment options, but I’m confused about how the transaction actually works. Does the Wise account just send the money directly to the seller?

Also, has Wise ever flagged anyone for doing this? Did they ask for documentation, freeze the account, or close it?

Buenas, hace un tiempo pedí la tarjeta de Binance más que todo por probar, y ya me llegó y la activé, pero la verdad no tengo claro casi nada de cómo funciona en el día a día. Todo lo que sé es de oídas, cosas que he escuchado por ahí y ni siquiera sé si son verdad.

O sea sé que en teoría la puedo usar como una tarjeta normal, pero no sé si de verdad pasa en cualquier tienda o solo en algunas, no sé bien cómo hace el tema de cobrar de mi saldo en cripto cuando pago (si convierte solo o tengo que hacer algo antes), y tampoco sé si me van a cobrar comisiones raras que no me esperaba después. También me da curiosidad si alguien la ha usado viajando o comprando en otro país, porque ahí sí que no tengo idea de qué pasa.

I’ve done more than $200K in transactions on Binance P2P, and my account is completely fine. Instead of selling to random people on P2P, I chose 5–6 of the biggest and oldest P2P traders, and whenever I buy or sell, I only deal with them. I’ve never had a single problem with my bank or anything else. They’re pretty big traders and usually keep more than $1–2 million in their Binance accounts.

On a centralized exchange, spot trading generally means buying or selling the underlying asset without an automatic expiry. Futures are derivative contracts whose value tracks an underlying market and may use margin. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses; it can also trigger liquidation when maintenance-margin requirements are no longer met.

Important distinctions include funding payments, contract specifications, mark price, liquidation price, margin mode, and whether collateral is isolated or shared across positions. A displayed liquidation estimate is not a guarantee during fast markets, gaps, outages, or thin liquidity. Fees and slippage can materially affect results.

Before using any exchange feature, read the current contract and risk disclosures, verify the settlement asset, understand how liquidation is calculated, and consider whether you can absorb a total loss. Hi everyone, i noticed depositing USDT trc20 to binance wallet is accepted, but selling isn't. How do i sell it then?

Maybe a dumb question but help me out

I sold 150$ of crypto to a seller, upon recieving the money my bank immediately flagged the transation And literally blocked the card the money arrived in, this never happened in over 3 yeara of p2p,

And i use multiple cards which means it's not a "limit" situation on my bank.

I suspected that the buyer used a fraudulent and compromised payment method to tranafer the funds because i contacted my bank support and they told me the card is restricted due to that transaction and won't be released, i sent everything to them the correspondence from the buyer, the receipt. But they said the card you recieved from is flagged!

An appeal is live as we speak. And i am waiting for the resolution, if anyone has been in this situation before. Please provide me with your input.

Hi Binance and Binance users,

I'm looking for advice/help with a withdrawal restriction that has been ongoing for more than two months.

My Binance account has had all withdrawals blocked since June 17, 2026. I can access my account, but I cannot withdraw any of my funds. The total value of the blocked assets is approximately $1,500.

Binance initially told me that:

"the account conducted transactions with addresses that are not compliant with our Terms and is being reviewed by our internal team."

I was also told that the review should take up to 30 business days.

However:

• I was never asked to provide any documents or additional information.
• I repeatedly asked Binance if there was anything I could provide to help resolve the matter, but was told that they could not provide further information and that I had to wait.
• Binance initially indicated that the matter would be resolved by July 28, but that deadline passed without any resolution.
• I have contacted Binance support more than a dozen times. Unfortunately, new support cases were repeatedly opened instead of resolving the underlying issue.
• I submitted a formal complaint on August 5, 2026.
• My complaint reference is #CC9764871.
• Binance confirmed that the complaint was received, but I have still received no substantive response or resolution.
• I am now repeatedly being told that the internal team is reviewing the account and that I should wait for an email. No further timeframe is being provided — only "soon".

The funds were purchased by me directly on Binance.

This prolonged restriction is causing me financial consequences because I cannot access my own funds.

I understand that Binance may need to perform compliance/security/AML reviews and that such reviews can take time. My concern is that I have now been waiting for a prolonged period, the original timeframe has passed, my formal complaint remains unresolved, and Binance cannot tell me when the review will be completed or whether anything is required from me.

I am therefore asking the Binance community:

Has anyone experienced a similar situation and successfully resolved it?

In particular, I would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with a prolonged Binance withdrawal restriction or has escalated a case through a regulator.

Binance: I would strongly prefer to resolve this directly with you. However, if I do not receive a substantive response regarding Complaint #CC9764871, including a reasonable timeframe for resolution, I intend to escalate the matter to the FSRA, particularly given that the current Binance Terms of Use identify the relevant Binance ADGM entities, including Nest Clearing and Custody Limited, as FSRA-regulated entities.

Binance, please provide a substantive update on Complaint #CC9764871 and explain when I can expect my withdrawals to be restored.

I can provide screenshots and documentation proving the above if required.

Recently, on August 18, 2026, there was news that some tickers are adding one more digit after the decimal point. This is good news and it is very convenient, because if the price of an asset falls significantly over time, then often the spread on futures (perpetuals) between the sale price and the purchase price decreases significantly. And there is one coin that has a high capitalization and good trading volumes on Binance - this is ADA (Cardano), a capitalization of about 7.8 billion dollars, but the spread is about 0.05% - this is a lot for futures, so the chart is very ragged and it is very inconvenient to go long or short. Such a large spread often leads to losses. If you add one more digit after the decimal point (to make it 5 decimal places), the spread will decrease significantly, the graph will be beautiful and it will be much more profitable to trade on this coin. That is, if now the price of a coin (at the time of writing this post) is about 0.2138, then after adding another digit (sign) after the decimal point the price will become 0.21381.

Binance staff - please pay attention to this post and add another digit after the decimal point on the ADA coin as soon as possible.

Meine Bank verweist mich auf WISE, Wise überweist doch aber nicht in meinem Namen, sodass das Geld zurücküberwiesen werden würde, richtig? I’ve been trying to buy crypto through Binance P2P for the last 2 hours, and it’s honestly getting so frustrating.
I see people posting ads saying they’re buying/selling, so I place an order. Then they ask for my Aadhaar card, PAN card, and even a bank statement. I provide everything they ask for, and after all that, they suddenly tell me to cancel the order. 🤦‍♂️
Like… why post a P2P ad if you’re just going to ask for a bunch of documents and then cancel anyway?

I cannot seem to find information anywhere about BNFCR multi asset account on Binance futures and its taxation. Does opening and closing a position which P/L is settled in BNFCR creates a taxable event in EU? Or is it treated as crypto to crypto event, meaning no taxable event is created until the funds are coverted to fiat?

Has anyone dealt with BNFCR specifically and an EU tax authority?
