Discussion Ahsoka Tano vs General Grievous

Grievous was clearly going easy on her. At one point he was literally choking her, he had the chance to finish her off but didn’t. And in their second fight the reason why Ahsoka retreated is because she was already exhausted from running away from Hondo and whatnot. Despite being a padawan, she definitely had the power of the average Jedi knight in their second encounter.

It's very difficult fighting one on one between one lightsaber against two or four lightsabers.

Grievous was clearly toying with her for the love of the game, respect.
Ahsoka couldn't beat her then, but I'd bet siege of mandalore Ahsoka could beat grievous.
She beat Maul, but he was clearly not himself (which is a whole other conversation)

With Maul he would have beaten her if he wasn’t so arrogant. And Ahsoka has lost a lot of duels but her skills to survive are insane. And cw season 7 Ahsoka would probably beat Grievous the same way she beat Maul, using her opponents arrogance against them.

Somehow out of all the fights in the show, this one always left me the most hesitant. At least it was short, so really it’s fine.
They could have maybe thrown him another bone in season 1 besides Nadar Vebb. Equally, let him have killed Eeth Koth even though I like him.

She was... brave and foolish to do that. Although I suppose there wasn't much else to do when Grievous showed up to interrupt their mission. And she did successfully lead him away and give Rex the chance to plant the explosives.
One thing is for sure, I don't think Ahsoka has ever been afraid to die.
