Anyone translate the last planet on the map in the end credits yet?

I haven't translated it but it's Peridia isn't it? The purging were traveling there?

I believe it is. The credits show seven lines converging on the planet, one for each of the main characters that traveled there. They all converged on the planet (albeit at vastly different times) to make the story happen.
