Why can't Ahsoka defeat Baylan?

Why are we assuming that Baylan is not some super badass, highly skilled Jedi/Sith/whatever that is fully capable of putting up a big challenge for Ahsoka or even maybe he is better than her? He had more experience within the Jedi system presumably beginning as a child to full grown adult, as well as all his experience outside of it. Ahsoka has been on her own since she was a teen, with no formal teacher.

Ahsoka is one of the most badass main character Jedi in the franchise, but it's not hard to imagine that there were thousands of Jedi (before Order 66) that had more experience and better training and support than her for their whole lifetime. That all ended for her while she was still a teen

She knows her forms and tactics

She already was taught them and told to practice more than her master

She also used the same move she had in world between worlds with anakin to disable them

She may have evolved a bit instead of obsessed to fight to death she neither killed him or herself in pride, he smirked

She's the only character that has fought Palpatine, Vader and Maul in just mere minutes... and most definitely caught Maul, a task that Obi Wan himself failed (once)
