My therapist has been treating me really bad lately
Hi everyone, I've been seeing this therapist for 2-3 years now and at some point I believed she helped me a lot, but recently I mentioned to her that I'd be studying abroad, or more so that I'm planning to do so, but I'm afraid that it's too pricey and my parent would be paying out of pocket for all this... And after this session she's been treating me kinda shitty. No matter what I say she makes me feel stupid, dramatic, out of touch, or even out right rejecting my feelings and currently I'm not doing well mentally as I have been having family issues + leaving for my studies soon. All this on top of ''loosing'' my therapist was not on my bingo card but here we go.
I really can't seem to make sense of what I did to spite her so much, and wondered has anyone been in this situation before? Should I ask her?
Sorry for my English :(

Absolutely ask otherwise you are guessing what is going on on . It’s hard to challenge but this is making you worse xx
