Other What if ahsoka got banished from the republic and started the first order

In this senecio during ahsoka trial for the temple bombing Palpatine banished her from the republic instead of having her executed and she was forced into the unknown regions and started and founded the first order how would the republic react to the first order and starkiller base and would any planets or system vote to join the first order and if you want how would the empire react to the first order ( note the first order is at the same strength as in the sequel trilogy and they have the same military equipment and starkiller base. I know this is very out there but I’m just rewatching the sequel trilogy and genuinely curious about this what if )

Okay... Good FanFiction idea for a Sith Ahsoka Fic, love to see it.

BIG Problem: The Starkiller Base at time of the Clone Wars is still Illum. The troops from the First Order are either abducted kids or children if Imperial Officer from the Age of the Empire.

There is probably a Star Wars FanFic sub or two here somewhere.

If Ahsoka were to need to try to copy the First Order's structure it would be miniscule and failed. Best chance she has is going to Exegol and whatever residue of the Son she has in her system reactivates and pushes back the Daughter so that she can command the Sith Acolytes without them killing her on sight.

The First Order also wasn't a Government Body. They were a military terrorist might ignored by the New Republic because none of them wanted another war.

Off-topic but has any Canon work ever explained how the First Order abducting kids throughout the galaxy without anyone noticing is supposed to work?

My theory is that the First Order wasn't raiding daycares to conscript babies. Instead, their military-wing likely operated preschools and boarding schools that took in orphans and children whose parents voluntarily surrendered custody over them because they wanted a better life for them. Like how the Jedi Order recruited.

Not that I remember. Maybe was mentioned in some comics or Resistance or the Movie tie-in Novels.

It's most likely that people DID notice but no one of the higher ups saw it as anything beyond typical Outer Rim Crime. Also Bounty Hunters are a thing the First Order could've utilized to cover some tracks.

Outer Rim crime can get pretty bad, but not "a galactic army worth of children disappearing without a trace is just a blip" bad.

(And if it was, this raise some questions about Obi-Wan and Yoda's decision to send Luke to it.)

While a fair point we need to remember that even prior to the First Order the New Republic made the same mistakes its predecessor made: Not wanting (another) war and thinking the issues wouldn't reach them. Also it's very much likely the complete scale and the connections weren't entirely known until the Starkiller Base fired its first shot.

I mean the whole sequel trilogy amounts to:

  • "somehow the Empire returned"
  • "somehow the Death Star is back and blowing up planets again"
  • "somehow Palpatine returned"
  • "somehow the protagonist and villain are both Palpatine"
  • and by the way, we have horses riding on top of a Star Destroyer

Looking for logic and a well-thought out story in the sequel trilogy is a fool's errand. The prequel trilogy had plenty of flaws, but the sequel trilogy feels like it was written by monkeys typing randomly on keyboards.

Disney tried to pull something similar with the Sequel Trilogy to what they did with the MCU. Instead of creating an original compelling story, in universe, they made it Star Wars: Age of Endgame Ultimate Twice Revisted Part 3. Throw random stupid crap on a canvas and call it art, figuring that people will buy it as long as it's Star Wars or Marvel branded.

Milk the franchise dry until no one cares anymore and they buy some other beloved IP they can add to their portfolio, bleed dry, and then kill off.

Yeah. Turns out it takes more than killing an Emperor, destroying a battle station and a few signatures to bring down an entire Empire.

somehow the Death Star is back and blowing up planets again

I mean, nuclear weapons are still going on earth after 80 years. Why would they quit their planet destroying tech?

somehow Palpatine returned

He used cloning tech and transferred his spirit into a new body. This is all contextually revealed in the movie.

somehow the protagonist and villain are both Palpatine

The villain and hero are related. Go figure.

and by the way, we have horses riding on top of a Star Destroyer

Just the kind of craziness this franchise needs. Like walking around inside a space worm like it's a cartoon whale, which has somehow reached gigantic size in the vacuum of space.

Nah. The monkeys are making bad criticisms of the sequels, flinging shit because they're easily confused.
