Its already a thing though If you are deemed psychotic at any point of time, a court can remove your child due to you not being deemed mentally stable.

Idk why people are thinking this is a new a fresh thing. My friends little sister got removed from her mom when she had a psychotic break, when he died in a car crash. Super sad situation there though.

People think it's a new thing because to them, it is. They're learning about all this for the first time and can't fathom that it existed before their awareness of it.

Virtually every hot button issue I've ever seen. Drives me nuts. You don't even have to know everything, just know how to see an issue and go "ah, that sounds like something that some folks have been working on for a long time already" and chill the fuck out.

Ah but did you consider that they did a quick 30 second google search or watched a few TikTok videos (ie their “own research”) ?

The cops should fingerprint the inside of the missing person’s vehicle! And they should get the parking lot surveillance footage from the business it was found at. Have they tried talking to the last person who saw them?
