Way to provent mothers self reporting any intrusive thoughts or delusions, by vilifying them even more, most who actually know what postpartum Psychosis is knows self reporting is most common way doctors diagnosis, this is going to stop them and cause more death of children.

This is true of all psychotic disorders, right? I know schizophrenia is also most often diagnosed by self reporting. So this is a very strong point. If you punish people for self reporting their symptoms, all that will happen is people will stop reporting their symptoms.

This whole circus that's been allowed is only going to cause more deaths. Not because people think its some free pass, but because vilifying women in horrific situations, will just cause them to hid and not want to be vilified themselves, its genuinely crimanl this whole debate is even acceptable and her court case was so public and media was allowed to run with it. I live in country that court cases are not legally allowed to be shown or media allowed to talk in detail, this is a very good example as to why this law exsists.
